ecological environment.Improper placement,transportation and treatment of domestic garbage will seriously pollute the environment and be a major source of pollution.The independent innovation capability of China's domestic garbage industry needs to be strengthened,and its technology is relatively old,wasting resources and affecting the environment.The domestic waste disposal system is not yet perfect,and the disposal gap is relatively large,all of which have put forward higher requirements for the development of China's domestic garbage industry.The development capacity of the domestic garbage industry is determined by multiple dimensions,including internal factors and external environmental factors.As a quasi-public product,domestic garbage requires social and government intervention if necessary.For example,national intervention is required to introduce policies for the classification and innocuous treatment of domestic garbage,as well as the cooperation of the society in the classification and innocuous treatment of domestic garbage..Therefore,although the external environment has a certain impact on the development of various industries,the domestic waste industry is different from the traditional industry.The external environment has a greater impact on the domestic waste industry than on the traditional industry.Based on this,this article studies the development capacity of China's domestic garbage industry,and mainly studies and analyzes its impact from the external environment.And due to the particularity of the domestic garbage industry,its development must be based on green and sustainable development and conform to the theory of circular economy.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,this article analyzes and clarifies the general situation of the development of China's domestic garbage industry and its regional development.The analysis shows that: China is a large country producing garbage,the classification of domestic garbage is imminent,and China has begun to implement domestic garbage classification,but the results are not satisfactory;Domestic garbage disposal capacity is increasing year by year,but the volume of domestic garbage removal is far lower than the domestic garbage production,and many uncleaned garbage cannot be handled well.There is a certain regional imbalance in the development of domestic garbage industry in China.The development of domestic garbage industry is better in economically developed areas,and the development of domestic garbage industry is relatively poor in less developed areas.Then analyze the problems facing the development of domestic garbage industry from the perspective of external environment.It will lay the foundation for the following research to measure the development capacity of domestic garbage industry in China with external environmental factors as the background,and to carry out empirical research on the impact on the development capacity of domestic garbage industry in China.Second,this paper analyzes the development capacity of my country's domestic garbage industry based on external environmental factors.The main research has the following two parts: the measurement of the development capacity of my country's domestic garbage industry;the empirical research on the external environmental impact of the development capacity of my country's domestic garbage industry.This article uses an analysis method that combines qualitative analysis and empirical analysis,uses the entropy method to evaluate the development capacity of China's domestic garbage industry,artificially defines the dimensions to evaluate the development capacity of China's domestic garbage industry,and builds an index system to evaluate the development capacity of China's domestic garbage industry.Statistics Relevant data from 2009 to 2018,using the entropy method to evaluate the development capacity of China's domestic waste industry,and deriving the development capacity scores of China's domestic waste industry in each year,and ranking the evaluation dimensions and evaluation indicators in order of importance The evaluation dimension is the one with the highest weight and the most important dimension,followed by the social development dimension;since the importance of the indicators measured by the entropy method and the impact of the indicators are not completely equivalent,but the indicators selected in this article can be used as both evaluation indicators and The external environmental factors of the influencing factors,so the method of empirical analysis is adopted,and these influencing factors are used as the explanatory variables for the empirical research on the external environment's impact on the development capacity of China's domestic garbage industry.The model further empirically studies the external environmental impact of China's domestic waste industry development capability.Provide the basis for the countermeasures and suggestions proposed later.Third,according to the results of empirical analysis,in order to enhance the development capacity of China 's
