The migration and transformation of pesticides in the environment is an important part of evaluating the environmental safety of pesticides.In this paper,the migration of norflurazon in the zebrafish-water-sediment system was studied by simulating the natural ecosystem in the laboratory,which could provide a basis for the use of norflurazon.A method for the determination of norflurazon in sediment,water and zebrafish was established.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,and purified by C18,PSA and Carb.Finally,it was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.It has high sensitivity,good accuracy and reproducibility,and accords with the requirements of the Pesticide Residue Test Guidelines,and can be used for the detection of norflurazon in sediments,water and zebrafish.The removal in the three groups of systems and the degradation in the waters of three groups of systems of norflurazon were consistent with the first-order kinetic equation.The half-lives were between 22.9~48.1 days and 13.8~32.9 days,respectively.The removal rate of norflurazon in the three groups of systems was between 42.6 and 70.2%.Within a certain content range,the higher the content of norflurazon in the system,the greater the contribution to the removal of norflurazon.The content of norflurazon in the sediments of the three groups was consistent,which increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum at 21 days.This is because the norflurazon was accumulated first and degraded later in the sediment.The changes of the content of norflurazon in the zebrafish of the three groups were consistent,and they all increased first and then became smaller.The time to reach the maximum was not the same,it maybe due to zebrafish has different enrichment rate to norflurazon in different water environments.At the 28 th day of the experiment,the bioconcentration factors of norflurazon in the three groups were 2.40,3.99,3.19,respectively,which were all less than 10.It can be seen that the enrichment of zebrafish to norflurazon is low concentration.
