Clostridium Butyrate is a strict anaerobic bacterium that is a probiotic microorganism in tsaBChonlueidot i mysiutranrimlticsed u.si btmuTiu nmhtbei yi sBr o aoustmtfte uya, rdas isenyc t iuacam.nim,a dm l csswsa phtnaioo nc prohedr op ftdhcoiaaurmsncm i e zaa ret ae i stgloiahungrel,ng aiactefe nui alcd tt mauhfnrouete u r tneeahtfcn efoodre l fco fctbea g rreiorcnmnyae e l f otni htcubaieta ta li l1a go0bnrn ioc Locew oma tnohna fdsd is at,ti1n phos0deun 0 sc di hLneo tvfaae essm lCtloilpanoplciastmftlii rce ci fnadlattioc i uiroodamnf.,culture research, and obtain the bacteria preparation with large viable counts for feed additives. To promote animal growth and development. The optimization results are as follows:After optimization, the optimal formula and culture conditions of bacteria-producing medium were obtained. The optimum conditions for bacteria production were glucose 3%(w/v),yeast extract 2.99%(w/v),calcium carbonate 0.5%(w/v),sodium chloride 0.5%(w/v),potassium chloride 0.3%(w/v),inoculation volume 1%,fermentation time 24 h,culture temperature 30℃,culture medium pH7.95.The bacterial count reached 7.2×10~8 cfu/mL.(2)The optimal formula and conditions for the formation of spores of cloves butyrate were glucose 2%(w/v),yeast extract 2%(w/v),calcium carbonate 0.5%(w/v),sodium chloride 0.5%(w/v),potassium chloride 0.3%(w/v),fermentation time 24 h,culture temperature 30℃,culture medium pH 7,and the number of spores reached 5.6×10~8 cfu/mL after counting.(3)The small-bottle fermentation was expanded to a large-scale fermentation process(10,100 L anaerobic),and the obtained process was optimal for inoculation and fermentation when the culture time of seed liquid was 12 h.During the fermentation process,it was optimal to maintain a pH of around 6.5 by supplementation of the carbon source content in the fermentation tank and adjustment of the pH in the fermentation process. The number of spores of Clostridium Butyrate BJ-10 reached 3.6×10~9cfu/g.After 10 L amplification fermentation culture and the number of spores of Clostridium Butyrate reached 3.3×10~9cfu/g after 100 L amplification culture.
