In 2019,China has become the largest country in polymer production and consumption,especially in aerospace,automotive,electronics,biomedicine and other fields.However,the properties of polymer surfaces,such as hydrophobicity,adhesion,and biocompatibility,are insufficient to meet the application requirements.Therefore,the preparation of functional coatings on polymer surface has important practical significance On the one hand,polymers have a wide range of application requirements.On the other hand,hydrophobic polymers and hydrophilic metal/inorganic coatings have differences in polarity and thermal expansion coefficient,resulting in coatings that are prone to cracking and peeling off.There are still challenges in preparing coatings on flexible polymer surfaces.In order to solve these problems,this paper studies the properties of materials from three dimensions:polymer substrate(rigid and flexible matrix),surface modification and coating preparation.Specific research contents are as follows:1.Study on surface modification of polycarbonate by hydrogen peroxide Polycarbonate was modified by the strong oxidizability of hydrogen peroxide solution The relationship between the concentration,temperature,action time of H2O2 solution and PC surface activation effect was studied to determine the optimal surface modification conditions,and the SiO2 coating was prepared by sol-gel method.The results show that:the optimum modification conditions are 30 wt%H2O2 solution,50? and 0.5 h.The water contact angle of PC surface decreased from the original 85° to 81° after treatment,and the wettability was improved.Silica sol could form a uniform liquid film on the PC surface and the coatings were smooth after drying2.Study on surface modification of different polyimide films.The four brands of PI were micro-etched by alkali solution to study the effect of concentration,temperature and treatment time,and to make preliminary preparation for coating on the polyimide surface The results show that the polymer materials with similar structures of brands have large differences in various properties.Among them,No.2 sample has the best flexibility,light transmittance and hydrophilic ability.No.1 sample has the best mechanical properties3.Study on the preparation of SiO2 anti-reflection coating on PI surface by combining RF magnetron sputtering and chemical methods.The compact and uniform silica nanospheres(SNs),silica nanospheres/hollow silica nanospheres(SNs/HSNs)and silica nanospheres/acid-catalyzed silica sol(SNs/ACSs)antireflective coatings on the surface of polyimide film were prepared by using RF magnetron sputtering and Sol-gel methods.The results show that when the sputtering conditions of 180 w,30 sccm and 1 h,the average transmittance of SNs coating/PI sample was increased by 3.57%in the range of 550nm to 700nm.After spin-coated HSNs coatings on the SNs coating/PI sample,the transmittance of the SNs/HSNs coatings/PI sample was increased to 6.91%.As the sputtering conditions of 180 w,30 sccm and 1 h,SNs/ACSs composite antireflection coating was successfully prepared by combining acid-catalyzed silica sols.A method of preparing composite inorganic coating by combining RF magnetron sputtering and Sol-gel method is proposed4.Study on the properties of nanoparticles copper coatings prepared on polycarbonate and polyimide surface by RF magnetron sputtering.The surface of PC and PI before and after modification was coated with nanoparticles copper by RF magnetron sputtering,and the performance of copper coatings were studied under different sputtering power.The results show that RF magnetron sputtering can deposit nano-copper coatings with good interface adhesion and uniform density on the surface of PC and PI.The modified PC and PI surfaces are easier to deposit copper film,and a uniform and dense Cu film is deposited on the flexible PI surface.This method has a certain prospect of engineering application.
