Research On Driving Factors And Development Paths Of Industrial Ecologicalization In The Jianghuai Canal Economic Belt

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly wants to accelerate the reform of the ecological civilization system and provide more highquality ecological products to meet the people ’s growing needs for a beautiful ecological environment.It is necessary to form a spatial structure,industrial structure,production method,and lifestyle that conserve resources and protect the environment..The eco-environmental protection of the Canal Economic Belt is special,mainly because the economic belts are basically connected by the canal,and the environmental pollution of water ecology has a strong spread and diffusion.The Jianghuai Canal connects the Yangtze River to the north and the Yangtze River to the north and the Huaihe River to provide water for production and living in northern Anhui is an important task of the Jianghuai Canal.Jiangshuibei’s delivery buried a potential safety hazard.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the ecological development of the Jianghuai Canal Economic Belt.The article starts with circular economy theory,system theory and sustainable development theory,and explains the theoretical basis of industrial ecological development,and then on the origin,concept,connotation,research methods,realization path and implementation of ecological industrial park at home and abroad The research results were sorted out,the connotation and characteristics of industrial ecology were clarified,and combined with the development status of the industry and ecological environment of the Jianghuai Canal Economic Belt,the input indicators including capital,labor,energy and water resources were constructed to reflect the desired output of economic growth.Out,an evaluation index system for industrial ecological efficiency reflecting undesirable output of water pollution and air pollution.On this basis,the super-efficient DEA-Malmquist model and Arcgis software were used to conduct a comparative study on the eco-efficiency and spatial differentiation of the economic belt industry.The study found that the industrial ecological efficiency of the Jianghuai Canal Economic Belt was generally in an effective state during the survey period,but the downward trend was significant;the effect of technological progress on the improvement of industrial ecological efficiency is greater than the change in technical efficiency;from the perspective of regional differentiation,Industrial ecoefficiency generally showed a downward trend,and the industrial eco-efficiency of southern cities generally showed an upward trend.In order to further clarify the driving factors of industrial eco-efficiency in the Jianghuai Canal Economic Belt,and to explore whether the industrial eco-efficiency between cities in the economic belt is spatially relevant,the article takes the industrial eco-efficiency as the explanatory variable and the regional economic development level,Industrial structure,urbanization level,marketization degree and financial support are the explanatory variables.Tobit model and spatial Dubin model are used to study the driving factors and spatial effects of the eco-efficiency of the economic belt industry.The results show that overall,the level of economic development and industrial structure have a negative impact on the industrial ecologicalization of the Jianghuai Canal Economic Belt.Urbanization,market openness,and financial support have a positive driving effect on the improvement of the industrial ecological efficiency of the Jianghuai Canal Economic Belt.;The driving factors of industrial ecologicalization in different cities are different;the efficiency of industrial ecologicalization between cities in the economic belt is related,and the industrial structure,market openness and financial support have a positive spillover effect on their neighboring regions,and the regional economic development level will be It has a negative spillover effect on critical regions.Based on the above research conclusions,combined with the actual situation of the industrial development of the Jianghuai Canal Economic Belt,the article proposes the realization of industrial ecology of enterprises from the micro,meso and macro levels,the establishment of intra-regional industrial symbiosis networks and the establishment of inter-regional industrial ecosystems.Paths.
