With the acceleration of global informatization,the integration of intelligent robots and human-machine is the future development trend,which requires electronic devices to be more intelligent and flexible.The emergence of flexible electronic technology has brought about a revolution in electronic technology,which has caused widespread concern and rapid development of relevant personnel around the world.The American "Science" magazine once listed the progress of organic electronics technology as one of the top ten scientific and technological achievements in the world in the 21 st century.As a key flexible electronic device,flexible pressure sensors have become a research hotspot in recent years.Although many studies have achieved excellent results,there are still problems of complex preparation processes and high costs.In addition,the preparation of flexible sensors still needs to be further studied in terms of structural design and selection of material systems.Porous structure is an interconnected network structure composed of pores that penetrate or close to each other.Porous structures are common in nature and in production and living environments.Such as natural bamboo,wood,honeycomb,animal hair and stems of plants,hollow bricks common in life,automobile wheels and even sponges,etc.,they have porous structures in the macro or micro structure.Compared with non-porous structural materials,porous structural materials generally have the advantages of low relative density,high relative strength,and large specific surface area.In addition,they also have characteristics such as wave absorption,heat insulation,and good permeability.Carriers,supports,noise reduction,insulation,sensing,etc.have a wide range of applications.Inspired by the porous structures commonly found in nature and life,this paper prepared a graphene conductive material with an ordered layered porous structure by the ice template method and applied it to the design and research of flexible sensors.A proven method.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Preparation of ordered layered porous graphene bulk aerogels and study of compression sensing performance.Inspired by the layered porous structure of natural plant stems and stems,ordered layered and disordered honeycomb porous graphene bulk aerogels were prepared using the ice template method freeze-drying technology.Compared with disordered porous graphene,ordered layered porous graphene aerogel has better strength and compressibility.Block aerogels have strong hydrophobicity,but have good adsorption properties for colored reagents and oily substances,and have certain application potential in oil-water separation.The resistance change under compression also reflects its application value in the field of flexible pressure sensors.(2)Preparation and sensing performance of graphene thin film aerogel pressure sensor.Imitate the multi-fuzzy structure of spider legs to prepare a layered villous microstructure film aerogel,and cut the film-shaped aerogel.The introduction of the interdigitated electrode facilitates the export of the electrode and increases the force The change in relative resistance during the process,thereby improving the sensing sensitivity,is encapsulated into a pressure sensor through a polyimide film.The assembled pressure sensor has higher sensitivity(7.48 kPa-1),lower detection limit(5 Pa),faster response speed(31 ms),and excellent durability(more than 1000 cycles).The thin film sensor can also detect the pulse signal and distinguish the signal of the finger force when writing different characters,which reflects the potential application value in the field of medical detection and information recognition.(3)Preparation and properties of stretchable composite gel.The prepared graphene aerogel has hydrophobic and lipophilic properties,and is filled with an oil-gel system,and the oil is polymerized in a thermally initiated manner to form a composite gel.The conductivity of the prepared composite gel decreases,but it has better mechanical properties and gives the graphene aerogel the stretch ability.The packaging of the flexible substrate further improves the stretch ability of the composite gel.Can be used for human finger bending detection.In this paper,the ordered layered porous graphene structures were prepared by ice template method,the mechanical properties and pressure sensor properties of aerogels were investigated,and the stretchable composite graphene gels were prepared by filling oil gels,providing a new strategy for the preparation of flexible pressure sensors.
