| Hybrid manufacturing of Selective laser melting technology and CNC machining technology mixed the advantages of additive and subtractive machining process,which is an effective way to make small-size complex parts.SLM machine tools can directly manufacture small-size complex parts.CNC machine tools can machine parts with high surface quality and precision,two processing method complement each other’s advantages,the main research contents are as follows.However,the jig of small-size complex part is difficult to manufacture,the size of the clamping positioning surface is small,and there are many free-form surfaces,which the clamping is difficult to realize.In this paper,the SLM manufacturing parts are fastened by the strength of the supporting connecting basic plate and the SLM manufacturing parts without the removal of the SLM basic plate and the support,and the SLM manufacturing parts are directly positioned on the CNC to maintain the relative positions of the machine tools,tools and parts.In this paper,the pre-experimental study of SLM and CNC hybrid manufacturing is used to analyze the problems from the hybrid manufacturing of SLM and CNC.(1)During the manufacturing process of small parts in SLM,which will shift and twist the position of the individual SLM manufacturing parts.This paper builds a vision detection system device that uses machine vision to detect SLM manufacturing parts,and it can detect deflected parts which do not meet the requirements to ensure that the positional accuracy of SLM manufacturing parts can meet machining requirements.(2)Directed at the problem of the SLM working coordinate system converted into the CNC machining working coordinate system,the positioning workpiece block is designed in the SLM,and the machining working coordinate system of the SLM manufacturing part is corrected by the trial cutting method.The data obtained by the test indicates that the accuracy of the X/Y axis machining work coordinate system is within 0.02 mm.(3)During the machining manufacturing,the conventional support of SLM manufacturing parts are easily deformation and broken,which causes the machining failure of SLM manufacturing parts.This paper designed a support structure specially for machining,and optimizes a hybrid manufacturing by use finite element analysis.Hybrid support,by constructing a system device for simulating the milling force component,the support can effectively resist the milling force within 127.5 N,and can meet the precision requirements of small parts manufacturing.(4)The hybrid manufacturing technology of SLM and CNC for small-size complex parts was studied in this paper,and this process route was applied to individualized lingual bracket orthodontic parts,and it was successfully applied to clinic. |
