Straw organic waste is a kind of renewable resource that can be used.It can be used widely as industrial raw materials,building materials,power generation,and as feed and agricultural fertilizer.However,people have long been ignorant of the utilization of straw resources.In addition,the related equipment and processes are not perfect enough,which causes the straw resources to be discarded and burned at will,which brings a series of problems such as waste of resources and environmental pollution and so on.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the equipment and process of straw resource treatment.At present,the straw aerobic composting method is one of the most effective ways to deal with the utilization of straw resources.It can not only solve the problem of resource shortage and resource constraints in China,but also help to protect the environment and achieve sustainable development of agriculture.In view of the long fermentation cycle,low utilization rate and unsatisfactory fermentation effect of the current straw composting system,this paper develops and designs a high-efficiency horizontal biaxial fermentation system with short fermentation time,high fermentation quality,easy installation and easy to move,so as to realize the transformation of straw resources and improve its key processes.The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)According to the fermentation process and requirements,the overall shape and main dimensions of the straw resource fermentation equipment were determined;the structural form of the biaxial heating mixing system was designed;the drag torque of the stirring system and driving power was carried out by the force model of the stirring blade;the ventilation system,sprinkler system,loading and unloading system were designed,and finally the structural design of the horizontal biaxial fermentation tank mechanical system was completed.(2)The discrete model method was used to analyze the mixing model and mixing mechanism of the granular materials.The geometric model and particle model of the horizontal biaxial fermentation tank were established by similar theory.The relevant simulation parameters were determined and verified.The contact coefficient method was selected as the evaluation criteria for material mixing uniformity.(3)The key process parameters affecting the mixing of fermentation materials and strains in the horizontal biaxial fermentation tank were studied,such as biaxial stirring direction,charging sequence,filling rate and particle size.The results show that the particle size has the greatest influence on the mixing rate of the material,and the filling rate has the greatest influence on the final mixing uniformity of the material,but the process of biaxial stirring direction and charging sequence has little influence on the mixing characteristics of the material.(4)According to the process of straw fermentation,the overall scheme of the horizontal biaxial fermentation tank control system was designed,including hardware system,software system and operation panel.(5)The horizontal biaxial fermentation tank was completed,and the trial,installation and commissioning process was carried out.The final operation of the various components of the equipment was normal,and the expected fermentation requirements were met,thus realizing the resource utilization of organic waste such as straw.
