Zinc ion has the characteristics of permanence and toxicity.If the human body takes too much zinc,it can lead to copper deficiency,anemia and other diseases.The weathering coal has the characteristics of high humic acid content and certain adsorption capacity,which can be exchanged with metal ions in water and chelate reaction,which is considered as a kind of resource with development value.However,due to its limited adsorption capacity and only good adsorption effect on low-concentration heavy metal wastewater,it has not been widely promoted.In order to solve this problem,this paper adopts a series of ethylene amines as modifier,weathering coal in xinjiang for the surface modification,to improve its adsorption capacity and adsorption rate,working to develop a new type of adsorbent for heavy metal wastewater treatment.In this paper from four areas in xinjiang of weathered coal as the research target,on the adsorption performance test after selected a total outstanding weathering coal humic acid content is high and the adsorption quantity of modified substrate,with a series of ethylene amines as modification agent on the modification,with the best modification conditions of weathering coal processing waste water containing zinc,examines the modification and the influence factors of adsorption experiment,at the same time the of weathered coal before and after modification were characterized,explore its adsorption mechanism.The conclusions are as follows:?1?Fukang weathered coal?FWC?,the Qitai weathered coal?QWC?,Shanshan weathered coal?SWC?and Changji coal?CWC?genetic weathering coal humic acid?QWC?content and adsorption quantity is higher,have on modification of its potential as a matrix,therefore,chooses the genetic weathered coal?QWC?as a modified substrate for later experiment.?2?Ethylene amine modified genetic weathering coal process as the change of the quantity of amino presents a certain trend of system of pH,ethylene amines and shock time gradually reduce the dosage,shock power basically remain unchanged.After modification,the adsorption of weathered coal was gradually reduced with the increase in the number of amines,and the pH and contact time were basically unchanged.The adsorption of Zn2+by weathering coal before and after modification was consistent with the homogeneous second-order kinetics model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm.?3?Based on modified with ethylene amine weathering coal characterization results comparison found that with the increase of number of amino,weathering coal surface morphology of the affected by large,functional groups of the resulting offset peak position,specific surface area and the entrance is gradually decreasing trend,N elements content is gradually rising,C elements and O elements content gradually decreases.By ethylene amines after weathering coal containing zinc wastewater treatment effect comparison,get the following conclusions:with the increase of number of amino,weathering coal on the adsorption efficiency of the wastewater containing zinc is on the rise,and the saturated adsorption capacity increased gradually.
