In coal railway transportation,the method of spraying dust suppressant is mainly used to prevent coal dust pollution caused by coal transportation trains.This requires the railway system to be equipped with a stable and efficient dust spraying agent spraying system.This paper combines the production of Shengli East No.2 open-pit coal mine in Inner Mongolia Datang International Xilinhot Mining Co.,Ltd.,through analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various existing dust suppressant spraying systems,research and design of the overall process plan,main circuit and PLC control system of the spraying system.Two sets of integrated spray system for train dust suppressant,the specific contents and results are as follows:(1)Research and design of system functions and implementation methods.According to the actual use requirements of the production site,it is determined that the gantry spray structure is used and improved,and the corresponding mixing system,lifting system,spraying system,sweeping system and electric heat tracing system are separately studied and designed to be completed under low temperature conditions.At the same time of spraying tasks,it realizes many functions such as pipeline residual liquid recovery and pipeline drying.(2)Research and design of the main circuit of the system.According to the technical requirements of each part of the system and the AC380 V power supply conditions,the corresponding main electrical components are reasonably selected,and the electrical principles of the primary and secondary circuits of each major mechanism are designed to realize a reliable electrical control system.(3)Research and design of the PLC control system.According to the principle of the main circuit of the process and system,Siemens S7-200 series PLC was selected as the control core.PC PC,console and control buttons were used as operation and monitoring equipment.PLC hardware selection,module wiring design and PLC software selection were completed.And program control mode design of each function,PC configuration selection and configuration interface design,realize system equipment hand / automatic spray control,including fully automatic front,compartment identification,spray process control,spray result record and host computer,The console is monitored and operated,and the two loading systems are independent of each other and do not affect each other.The paper has 34 pictures,5 tables,and 56 references.
