The walking transmission reducer of mining electric excavator is huge,its structure is becoming more and more complex,and its working environment is worse.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of excavator,fault analysis and life prediction of its reducer must be carried out,so that production and maintenance time of equipment can be arranged economically and reasonably to avoid accidents caused by equipment failure.This paper takes the walking reducer of a mining excavator group as the research object,uses Pro/E,ADAMS and other software to simulate jointly,and uses the wavelet analysis method to diagnose the fault of the reducer.The specific research contents are as follows:In this paper,a group mining excavator walking speed reducer is used as a research object,and the software of Pro/ E and ADAMS is used for joint simulation,and a wavelet analysis method is used for fault diagnosis of the speed reducer,and the specific research contents are as follows:First of all,the background and significance of the research of the subject are described.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation and the trend of the domestic and international excavator industry,the deficiency and the future development direction in this industry are analyzed,and the function and function of the walking speed reducer of the excavator are introduced.The development status of the fault and its diagnosis technology is described,and the fault diagnosis technology of the excavator walking speed reducer based on the wavelet analysis and the advantage of the wavelet analysis in the fault diagnosis are analyzed.Secondly,based on the 3D software Pro/ E,the three-dimensional model of the walking speed reducer of the electric excavator was established,and the diagonal gear was modeled by the Pro/ E parametric design.After the gear parameterization is finished,the required parameters can realize the regeneration of the helical gear,get rid of the complicated repeated modeling,and shorten the modeling time.Then,the virtual prototype model of the gear box of the excavator traveling speed reducer is established by using the ADAMS software,and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out.A virtual prototype is used instead of the physical prototype to perform a variety of simulations on the retarder,including the normal operation of the speed reducer and the fault condition.By analyzing the input load of the system,the input in the simulation process is determined,including the system load,the oblique gear contact force and the like,and the simulation data result is output,compared with the traditional fault diagnosis method,The dynamic simulationanalysis of the virtual prototype can obviously reduce the experimental time and save the cost while obtaining various faults of the excavator speed reducer.Finally,the fault diagnosis of the walking speed reducer of the electric excavator is carried out by using the wavelet analysis theory,the data output in ADAMS is introduced in the MATLAB,and the white noise signal is superposed on the simulation signal according to the imported data.The result signal is de-nosed and analyzed by using the wavelet toolbox in MATLAB,and the fault source is finally determined,and the fault diagnosis of the walking speed reducer of the electric excavator is finally completed.There are 48 papers,5 table and 55 references in this paper.
