Shendong Mine is a large-scale modern mine with intensive,large-output,low-gas,high mechanization and shallow depth of coal seam.The length and height of coal mining face have exceeded the conventional working face.The mining length of the full-height working face is basically above 180 m,and the mining height is basically above 2.0m.According to the coal mine ventilation capacity verification standard(AQ1056-2008)to calculate the wind volume of coal mining face,the amount of gas,carbon dioxide,explosives and number of people have little influence on the air volume,and meteorological conditions are the main factors determining the size of the working face.However,according to the meteorological conditions,the air volume at the coal mining face is often too large.It not only affects the worker's comfort and labor efficiency,but also greatly increases the risk of natural fire in the goaf and the accumulation of gas at the corner of the work surface,which seriously jeopardizes mine safety.At the same time it increases mine operation and management costs.The selection range of the relevant air volume distribution coefficient is not suitable for the existing safety production and economic requirements of Shendong Mine,and needs to be revised.This paper is based on the topic of "study on the air volume calculation standard in Shendong Mine.Firstly,through the field data test of several typical coal mining faces such as Shendong Daliuta Coal Mine,the geometric parameters and ventilation parameters of the coal mining face related to Shendong Mine were obtained.Then,the physical model of typical coal mining face of Shendong Mine was established.and the distribution law of flow field,temperature field and multi-component gas concentration field is obtained by numerical simulation method.Finally,the simulation results are analysised by the coal mine safety regulations as the standard,and the range of the mining height and the length adjustment coefficient of the working face that meets the requirements of the coal mine safety regulations is determined.The research results in this paper make the working face distribution coefficient more in line with the actual mining conditions of Shendong Mine,and provide a more reasonable supply standard for safe production of working face.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for the selection of the wind distribution coefficient of the same type of mine face,which is of great significance for improving the working environment of Shendong Mine working face,ensuring safe production and improving economic benefits.This paper has 38 figures,41 tables and 51 references.
