| High-throughput material preparation technology has made great progress after years of development,but most of the technology is aimed at solid materials,and there are few studies related to high-throughput sample preparation technology of liquid materials,and Qualcomm of liquid materials.The first problem that needs to be solved in volume preparation is the loading of liquid combination materials.At present,the common automatic filling device for liquid materials is a fully automatic sample adding device,which mainly adopts a liquid dispensing method based on the principle of a pipetting gun to realize the loading of the combined materials.The operation is complicated,the accuracy of the loading is not high enough,and the amount of the sample are very few.For the loading process applied to material preparation,such precision and sample loading cannot meet most of the applications,and at home and abroad,fully automated high-throughputs with high precision can be adapted to occasions with large sample loading.There are still few researches on sample loading equipment,so it is necessary to study and design high-throughput preparation equipment for composite materials that can meet these requirements.This article takes Arduino Mega 2560 as the core controller,combines MAX485 module and A4988 module,cooperates with Arduino IDE and LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench)to complete the development of the lower computer and upper computer software,and designs an application for the preparation of liquid composite materials High-throughput sample loading system,this system has the advantages of high precision,simple operation and so on.In the first step,the design requirements of the highthroughput dosing system are proposed and analyzed for the accuracy of the current dosing system.The overall scheme and workflow of the system are given,and the hardware is designed.In order to meet the overall plan,the lower computer work flow chart was designed.For the A4988 module and the MAX485 module,a class library program to control the stepper motor and serial communication was written.The input motor and serial port enable this device to accurately locate and achieve high-precision loading.The third step is to use LabVIEW as the development software to plan the control process and loading path of the host computer of the loading system.Each operation module has completed the development of the host computer software,so that this device can automatically add samples by reading Excel forms,which greatly reduces the complexity of the operation.Finally,design experiments for the accuracy of the sample addition to prove that the sample addition accuracy meets Requirements,and finally tested the functional modules of this device,and prepared a batch of samples,which proved that the system meets the design begging.The results prove that the operator can input a large amount of data at one time by filling in the Excel form,which simplifies the loading operation;the operator can set the loading path and the well plate by himself,so that the scope of application of this equipment is expanded;At last,the test was performed for the accuracy,and it was proved that this equipment can achieve a very high accuracy. |
