China is a country with frequent natural disasters.The natural disasters that occur each year have caused serious economic losses to our country and seriously affected the development of society.In recent years,various disasters have become more and more harmful to China.According to incomplete statistics,the annual economic losses caused by various disasters have reached 100 billion.Therefore,the investigation,assessment,research and prevention of disasters are of great significance.With the increasing losses caused by disasters and the increasing trend of internationalization,the necessity and urgency of satellite remote sensing technology in the field of disaster reduction and relief in China has become increasingly prominent.A large number of practices at home and abroad have shown that satellite remote sensing technology is a powerful technical support for disaster monitoring and forecasting.The use of satellite remote sensing technology not only saves time and effort,but also has unique advantages in large-scale natural disaster monitoring.In this context,in order to meet the theoretical innovation and application demonstration requirements of the National Disaster Reduction Center's key laboratories in the fields of comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation,disaster risk management,etc.,to construct a disaster assessment model for the technological innovation and achievement transformation in disaster remote sensing applications.An experimental platform that provides an integrated environment for testing,tuning,and building new models.This article takes this as an entry point and focuses on the role that GIS technology can play in disaster assessment applications.Through the research and summary of the disaster situation,the model tools for disaster monitoring and evaluation are summarized,and the model tools are continuously optimized and enriched,and the model is trained and verified through a large amount of GIS remote sensing data.The mature model was applied to the disaster assessment application demonstration,and finally a complete disaster assessment application demonstration software package was formed.The service of the software package and the disaster research organization of each local government,when the disaster occurs,the information imported based on the GIS remote sensing data is imported into the model,and the severity of the disaster situation is evaluated after the calculation,and a follow-up action plan is formulated based on this,for disaster prevention,Disaster reduction and disaster avoidance have significant and positive significance.Based on the research of C# and C/S architecture,this paper builds a disaster assessment application demonstration software package based on the.NET technical standard framework.Store the tools,models,and result data of the operations through the SQL Server database.And through the research and application of ArcGis Engine technology,the acquisition,import and operation of GIS remote sensing data are realized.Finally,the construction of the disaster assessment application demonstration software package system was completed.The system provides the disaster assessment model construction function as the system implantation analysis model,provides the disaster assessment model verification function to train and verify the model,provides the disaster assessment application demonstration function to calculate and evaluate the actual disaster situation,and finally provides guidance for the disaster situation processing.Analysis basis.
