Study On Application Of TDS Intelligent Dry Separation Technology In Lingxin Coal Washing Plant

According to the current situation of coal resources development,processing and utilization in Western China,it is necessary to select a power coal separation process with good separation index and low cost in order to overcome its impact on the western ecological environment and coal quality defects.Lingxin Coal Preparation Plant is seriously aged in the operation process,and there are the following main problems:(1)the washing water can not achieve closed-circuit circulation,does not meet the requirements of environmental protection production;(2)the jig separation accuracy is low,and the gangue belt coal rate is high.Therefore,in order to thoroughly solve the environmental protection production problems and improve the separation efficiency,relying on the domestic recently developed mature TDS intelligent dry separation,the TDS intelligent dry separation machine is finally used to separate 200-40 mm lump coal.After the application of TDS intelligent dry separator,the upper limit of raw coal crushing particle size is increased,the rate of lump coal into washing is increased,and the rate of lump coal in washing is increased.The product structure changes,which results in the decrease of the yield of washing block and washing concentrate.However,the yield of gangue is correspondingly reduced and no slime is produced in separation,the yield of final coal is correspondingly increased,and the separation accuracy of lump coal is better than jigging separation.It is estimated that the product benefit alone can increase the jigging separation revenue by 1979.58 million yuan / year.Moreover,the TDS intelligent dry separation system has the advantages of simple process and high intelligence.It can save 4.1868 million yuan of water and electricity and manpower annually.From the perspective of social benefits,intelligent dry separation is the trend and representative of industry upgrading,which conforms to the national coal industry policy,can effectively save water resources,avoid environmental pollution,and improve the utilization rate of coal resources.Combined with the separation effect of 40 mm ~ 200 mm raw coal in the actual production of Lingxin Coal washing plant,no matter from the aspect of technical and economic benefits or social benefits,TDS intelligent dry separator has obvious advantages in separation accuracy,production cost and other aspects,laying a foundation for the promotion of Ningdong area.TDS intelligent dry separator has high separation accuracy and achieved significant economic and social benefits.It has the value of popularization and ApplicationThere are 15 figures,18 tables and 51 references in this paper.
