Ultra-high-speed launch in space debris,spacecraft protection,high pressure and other fields have a wide range of applications,it is an important means of super-high-speed loading to realize the higher-speed emission by using two-stage gun transmitting wave impedance gradient gyroscope and using quasi-isentropic loading of wave impedance gradient gyroscope to drive the second homogeneous flyer.In this paper,the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research of ultra-high-speed transmission technology based on wave impedance gradient gyroscope are introduced.The main contents are as follows:Theoretical analysis of quasi-isentropic loading of wave impedance gradient and optimization design of wave impedance gradient.According to the theory of quasi-isentropic loading,shock wave theory is used to analyze the propagation law of shock wave in gradient flyer and two-stage flyer.The results show that the loading time of the two-stage flyer with the gradient flyer varies with the thickness of the flyer and the second flyer.Under the same conditions,quasi-isentropic loading effect can reach twice the impact loading effect.The results show that the increase of the thickness and the number of layers in a certain range can enhance the quasi-isentropic loading effect of the gradient flyer.;The quasi-isentropic loading of the gradient flyer to the secondary flyer is mainly concentrated in the first half of the gradient flyer.Through the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,the gradient distribution and thickness of the gradient flyer are optimized.According to the result of optimization design,the preparation technology of wave impedance gradient film was developed.The composition of TPX-Mg-Al-Ti-Ta layer and 7 layers,the thickness of 4mm,8mm combination gradient flyer,flying flatness high,smooth surface,the impedance gradient significantly.The density gradient "Pillow" flyer was prepared by powder metallurgy and hot pressing sintering.The W-Ti system was chosen to achieve the density variation of each layer by the different ratio of W and Ti,and the quasi-continuous change of the impedance of the flyer wave was realized by the change of density.Flyer compactness is good,high flatness;to its energy spectrum analysis,fly gradient significantly.Experimental study on ultra high speed transmission by using impedance gradient flyer.The magnetic speed means speed,designed to match with the gun sliding connection launch device;the successful use of flier plate with graded wave impedance of two homogeneous flyer were quasi isentropic loading drive,the two flyer hypervelocity launcher.In the 5km/s launch state,the density gradient"pillow"flyer was used to successfully drive the titanium flyer with the mass of 0.6g to 7.1km/s.The titanium flyer with mass of 0.6 g was driven to 7.2 km/s,and the shape of the second-stage flyer was intact,and the wave impedance gradient was confirmed by the design theory.
