The development of non-coal mining industry is more and more restricted by the security risks.However,the existing downhole industrial network,multi-source data processing and heterogeneous data fusion have become the bottleneck of the development of safety management information system,so it is urgent to study the safety management information system that can meet the actual safety requirements o f mines.This paper takes the lean mine in the east of jinchuan no.3 mining area as the research object.Aiming at the defects of the safety management information system in this non-coal mine area and the actual production demand,the system construction framework and topology structure to meet the mine production demand are given.Secondly,important devices such as toxic and harmful gas sensors,wind s peed and pressure sensors,video monitoring and other devices are installed underground to obtain real-time information of mining environment and personnel location.Then,the optical fiber ring network with gigabit trunk and 100 megabit connection is established,and data fusion is carried out on the collected data to achieve the purpose of dynamic management of downhole safety information.Finally,the feasibility of this study is illustrated by the practical application of the lean mine in the east of jinchuan no.3 mining area.This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction o f security management information system,introduces the development trend and research status in detail in recent years,and expounds the shortcomings and shortcomings of the system.The topology and construction scheme of industrial ring network composed of integrated information network and video network are put forward.Aiming at the difficulty brought by multi-source and heterogeneous data to decision-making,a three-layer multi-source and heterogeneous data fusion method is proposed,which is data-feature-level and decision-level.By collecting samples,the simulation calculation is carried out in MATLAB,and the mutual verification with the actual situation proves that the method meets the practical requirements in terms of convergence speed and accuracy of decision-making.Jinchuan company three east lean ore mining area is given topology and application effects of the application system,actual construction practice shows that the safety management information system can realize real-time data acquisition,meet the requirements of the personnel positioning,automatic alarm,effectively prevent the happening of the accident,also ensures that even if the accident cases will also be able to prevent the accident further expands,ensure the safety of the personnel.
