The aluminum electrolysis industry has an important strategic foundation in China,and aluminum products are widely used in various fields of our national economy.With the rise of China's aluminum electrolysis industry in the 21 st century,the challenges faced by China's aluminum electrolysis industry are becoming more and more obvious.Problems such as energy crisis and overcapacity need to be solved urgently.At the same time,the structure and control of aluminum electrolysis cells are complicated.Relying on manual methods to manage,there are problems such as low efficiency.Knowledge Graph plays an important role in solving problems with many influencing factors.The production process of the aluminum electrolysis industry is affected by factors such as electricity,heat,and magnetism.The knowledge Graph can clarify the interrelationship of various influencing factors of the aluminum electrolysis industry.By analyzing the attributes of entities-relationships-entities and entities,the efficiency of intelligent search is improved to help the aluminum electrolysis industry achieve intelligence.Based on the application background of aluminum electrolysis industry,this paper studies the key technologies of knowledge Graph construction in aluminum electrolysis industry.(1)Firstly,the method of knowledge merger is studied.On the basis of K-means algorithm,combined with Canopy algorithm and the idea of maximum and minimum method,it is proposed to adopt Canopy-K-means++ algorithm and merge the knowledge of aluminum electrolysis industry.The result of knowledge merger has a good reference value,which solves the problem of entity division in some aluminum electrolysis industries.(2)Secondly,for the key technology of smart search a Tabu search algorithm that simulates human brain search and memory functions is adopted.If the Tabu length is too long or too short,it will negatively affect the search results.The fixed taboo length of the traditional Tabu search algorithm is improved.A Tabu search algorithm with a dynamic Tabu length is proposed and simulated.The simulation results show that the dynamic The Tabu search algorithm with Tabu length has a better neighborhood search effect in the later stage of the search;(3)Finally,based on Protégé,the aluminum electrolysis industry knowledge Graph was constructed,and the cell Graph of the aluminum electrolysis cell was constructed,showing a simple search function and using The voltage is shown as an example.The research and construction of the knowledge Graph of the aluminum electrolysis industry have important practical significance for improving the efficiency of aluminum electrolysis,forming a unified format standard,and even realizing the intelligence of the aluminum electrolysis industry.
