| As China’s styrene-butadiene rubber production capacity continues to increase,the market capacity is saturated,and product homogeneity is serious,intensifying enterprise competition.Compared with traditional styrene butadiene rubber,powder styrene butadiene rubber has unparalleled advantages in terms of production methods,processing applications,and meeting environmental protection requirements.Its production process research has become an important research direction in the field of synthetic rubber.The coagulation method represents the technical development direction of powder styrene butadiene rubber.It uses latex as the main raw material,but the powdering process of different varieties of latex is different due to the different characteristic values and synthesis conditions.In this paper,PSBR1502E powder styrene-butadiene rubber was prepared by agglomeration method.During the small tests,the effects of release agent,coagulant,coagulant system,anti-aging agent,coagulation temperature,stirring speed and curing conditions on the process of PSBR1502 E rubber were investigated.In the small test process,according to the needs of several kinds of release agent compound,the higher release agent dosage will cause adverse effects on product performance;the low valence ion inorganic salt is selected as the coagulant,and controlled its hardness and dosage.When the pH of the coagulation system is greater than 7,PSBR1502 E has a higher powder forming rate,and the utilization rate of the coagulation kettle is higher when the water glue ratio is smaller.The dosage of anti-aging agent is relatively small,which has little effect on powder formation.As an important variable in the aggregation process,temperature has a great influence on the particle size.The stirring speed has an effect on the latex particle size.The higher or lower curing temperature will be harmful to the particle size and product performance.This article finally screened out the best coagulation conditions of small test for PSBR1502 E as follows: release agents A D and E are used in conjunction with the dosage of about 5.5 parts,the amount of coagulant is about 12 parts,the amount of anti-aging agent is about 0.3 parts,the pH of the control system is alkaline,The stirring speed is 500-700 r / min,the coagulation temperature is 40-60℃,the curing temperature is generally 75-85℃,and the curing time is preferably 15-30 minutes.We fine-tune the recipe and process for the pilot test process.A type pretreatment agent is selected,the release agents are AB D and E,with the best comprehensive performance.When the dosage of release agent is 5.5 parts,PSBR1502 E product yield is higher.We adjust the coagulation temperature of the enlargement test to 45-50℃,the flocculation is obvious,the coagulation is complete,and the slurry is easy to dehydrate.Weak alkali is used to adjust the hardness of the recovered mother liquor,which improves the rate of superior grade products,reduces the amount of alkali,and shortens the processing time.The powder forming rate of PSBR1502 E obtained through multiple batches of enlargement test is more than 97%. |
