The illegal addition of food additives or abuse of psychotropic drugs in the field of food and medicine has greatly affected people's health.In order to detect the trace targets in complex matrices in the food and pharmaceutical field,we synthesis GO-Fe3O4 composite nanomaterials?GO-Fe3O4?and sulfonated GO-Fe3O4?SO3H-GO-Fe3O4?composite nanomaterials as magnetic adsorbents,combined with ultra high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The research contents of this paper are as follows.?1?GO-Fe3O4 were prepared by the co-precipitation method of Fe2+,Fe3+and GO solutions.GO-Fe3O4 possess the common advantages of graphene oxide and magnetic nanoparticles.GO-Fe3O4 have large specific surface area,oxygen containing function groups and the specific saturation magnetization at room temperature is 24.23 emu·g-1.The SO3H-GO-Fe3O4 were prepared by co-precipitation method and the surface of graphene oxide were loaded sulfonic acid groups.?2?The GO-Fe3O4 as magnetic solid phase extraction adsorbent:a)GO-Fe3O4 were used to extract psychoactive drugs from urine matrix and then the target compounds were detected by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.This method has high accuracy and low limit of detection 0.02-0.2?g·L-1,the deviation range of samples is-5.67%to 1.33%,and the relative standard deviation range is 2.7%to 13.7%,which exhibit high accuracy and precision.The recovery range is 80.4%-105.5%and matrix effect range is 81.6%-105.1%,respectively.It provided a simple and reliable solution for the detection of illegal abuse of psychoactive drugs.b)GO-Fe3O4 were used to extract capsaicins in edible oil and then capsaicins were detect by UPLC-MS/MS,with a relative standard deviation range of 2.8-6.1%and a lower detection limit of 0.15?g·L-1.The recovery range is 71.2%-103.3%.This method is an effective means for identifying trench oil.Meanwhile,the adsorption materials can be reused after elution.?3?The SO3H-GO-Fe3O4 as magnetic solid phase extraction adsorbent extract poppy alkaloids in hot pot materials.Then ultra-high-phase liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to effectively detect target compounds.The linear range is 3-1000 ng·L-11 and the recovery rate is as high as 93.9%,and the matrix effect is satisfactory.This method has enhanced sensitivity,high accuracy and simple pre-processing,which can be applied to the detection of poppy husk alkaloids in food.The analytical method is simple operation,high accuracy,high sensitivity,which provides a feasible method for the simultaneously detection of target compounds in complex matrices.
