With the continuous promotion of intelligent technology,the trend based on the integration of a new generation of information communication technology and advanced manufacturing technology continues to expand.As an important part of China's publishing industry,the printing industry has always been at the forefront of development as an important service support for the national economy.The overall level of China's printing industry is relatively high,but the digital and intelligent fields of post-press equipment are relatively slow,which restricts the overall development of the printing industry.Die cutting machine is a representative post-press production equipment and has a wide market,but the domestic die cutting equipment manufacturing level has been relatively low,and can only occupy the low-end market.The die-cutting process is generally completed in the process of rapid pressure application.This high-speed impact force is very destructive and can cause problems such as equipment deformation,vibration,and difficulty in detecting the die-cutting pressure.The uniformity and stability of the die-cutting pressure are important criteria for measuring the quality of the die-cutting of the printed matter.Therefore,improving the online detection capability of the die-cutting pressure is an important means to improve the intelligent level of the die-cutting equipment and increase the market competitiveness.Based on the analysis of the structure and process of die-cutting equipment,this paper proposes a method for online detection of die-cutting pressure.Through market surveys,I learned the development status of the printing equipment industry.Die-cutting equipment as the main import and export post-press equipment has a large demand and domestic production technology has developed slowly.In order to improve the die-cutting machine's pressure-applying ability and online pressure detection ability,a comprehensive analysis of the effects of die-cutting equipment structure,material,deformation,vibration,printed product characteristics,die-cutting speed and other factors on the die-cutting machine's pressure-applying ability was designed Die cutting pressure online detection system.Firstly,the main internal influencing factors such as die-cutting mobile static platform,die-cutting wallboard and pressure applying mechanism were analyzed,and then the die-cutting speed,printed product characteristics and other external factors were analyzed in detail.In order to further analyze the relationship between the pressure-cutting capacity of the die-cutting equipment and the deformation of the equipment,as well as the impact on the uniformity and stability of the pressure,go deep into the enterprise,take the prototype as the research object,use finite element simulation to simulate the deformation of each mechanism under a certain load And stress distribution,and optimize based on the simulation results.At the same time,the B & K dynamic test system and contact pressure analysis system are used for on-site testing.The die cutting pressure and the deformation of each mechanism in different states are collected,and the collected data is analyzed and processed.To verify the rationality of the analysis conclusion.Through the analysis of the optimization process test,on the one hand,it can reasonably predict the maximum die-cutting capacity of the equipment,reduce the pressure imbalance caused by the excessive pressure deformation of the equipment,and on the other hand,shorten the equipment development cycle.Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental research of the die-cutting pressure structure,a solution to the problem of die-cutting pressure detection is proposed,which not only avoids the problems of low indirect measurement accuracy and difficulty in calibration,but also improves the continuous pressure-sensitive film.The disadvantage of poor sex.In response to the problems of large die cutting pressure and poor pressure uniformity,an array pressure sensor for surface load testing was developed.Aiming at the shortcomings of the pressure sensor material being brittle and easily damaged,PVDF thin film piezoelectric material is used,which is suitable for impact load detection,and a new drop weight calibration test method is proposed.In order to establish an online monitoring platform for die-cutting pressure,a digital hardware detection and control system was designed based on STM32.Based on the detection content and the factors affecting the die-cutting pressure,a set of upper computer pressure monitoring program was proposed,and the upper computer monitoring was written using MATLAB The control system program uses RS485 serial port protocol to realize the communication between the hardware circuit control system and the host computer,forming a complete die cutting pressure online monitoring platform.
