Effect Of Refeeding Of Insect Feces And Probiotics On Swine Feces Treated By Black Soldier Fly

In order to explore the feasibility of treating swine manure with high water content,the growth performance,growth index,routine nutrient index,mineral element and mineral element of larvae of black soldier fly were determined and analyzed by adding insect manure and probiotics in the mixture of feces and urine.The migration and transformation of mineral elements in faeces of black soldier fly were also discussed.1.Adding insect manure not only can regulate the water content of feces and urine with high water content,but also is more conducive to the treatment of black soldier fly.The experimental results show that the larvae of black soldier fly without insect manure have a long time to treat the mixture of feces and urine,slow growth rate of larvae and low bioconversion rate,while the larvae of the feces feed-back group have strong vitality and significant bioconversion.Increase.2.After adding different doses of probiotics to the insect feces group,the conversion rate of feces increased,and the highest conversion rate was 26.25% in the group adding 5 g probiotics.3.the crude fat and protein content of larvae of black soldier fly fed with swine manure were higher,including protein content of about 32%,fat content of about 19%,Ca content of about 4.3%,and there was no significant difference among the nutrient components of larvae of experimental groups(p > 0.05).The mineral elements Ca,P and Zn contained in the larvae of black soldier fly conform to the standard of fish meal as feed mineral elements,and can be used in combination with fish meal as protein feed.4.The results of insect manure treated by black soldier fly showed that total nitrogen +total phosphorus + total potassium > 5%,which accorded with the standard of organic fertilizer in China.The results show that insect manure can solve the problem of high water content in feces and urine,and it can treat the feces and urine together.At the same time,the biotransformation rate of the larvae of black soldier fly is also significantly increased.The discovery of this phenomenon will be conducive to promoting the industrialization of the utilization technology of animal manure resources of black soldier fly...
