Tetraphenylethene(TPE)is a fluorophore with good light-emitting properties with aggregation-induced luminescence(AIE)characteristics, and can emit strong light in an aggregated or solid state.Due to the short emission wavelength of TPE itself, structural modification and new fluorophores with AIE activity have been obtained, and the synthesis of highly selective ion probes has become a research focus in recent years. In this paper,TPE is used as the basic fluorophore, and three probes based on TPE derivatives are synthesized by modifying their structures. The recognition properties and spectral properties of these probes are studied. The details are as follows:1.The probe TPE-M was synthesized using a derivative of 1-(4-(1,2,2-triphenylvinyl)phenyl)ethanone as the parent.TPE-M can recognize Hg2+in CH3OH/PBS(20 mM,pH=7.4)(3:7,v/v)system and release compounds 2-4 with AIE properties through hydrolysis.TPE-M has fast response speed, good selectivity, high sensitivity, and the detection limit is4.157×10-66 M.In addition, the probe can be used not only for fluorescence imaging of Hg2+in living cells, but also for detecting Hg2+in food samples(tea,crab).2.The probe TPE-S was synthesized from 1-p-bromophenyl-1,2-2-triphenylethylene derivatives as the parent.TPE-S can recognize H2S through H2S-triggered cleavage reaction in DMSO/PBS(20 mM,pH=7.4)(3:7,v/v)system,and release compound 3-2 with AIE properties.TPE-S has good stability and high sensitivity, and the detection limit is 9.14×10-66 M.The probe TPE-S has low cytotoxicity and can be used for fluorescence imaging of H2S in the living cells.3.The probe TPE-H was synthesized using 1-(4-formaldehyde basic group)-1,2,2-triphenylethylene derivative as the parent.TPE-H can be used in EtOH/PBS(20 mM,pH=7.4)(3:7,v/v)system to release compound 4-2with AIE activity through H2O2 oxidation of phenylboronic acid groups, and H2O2 can be identified.TPE-H has good selectivity and strong anti-interference ability. The calculated detection limit is 4.6×10-55 M.
