| Heavy metal ion pollution is a major killer of environmental pollution.Among the many sewage treatment methods,biosorption technology is the most common and lowest cost method because biosorbents are environmentally friendly and readily available in large quantities.Rice husk powder has certain toughness and porosity,and is a fibrous material.Corn cob is rich in cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin,etc.,has good toughness,large specific surface area and developed pore structure,which is conducive to heavy metals Ion diffusion and transfer,they can be used as adsorbents in wastewater treatment.This paper uses microwave digestion method to digest rice husk powder and corn cob samples,and uses inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)to analyze the chemical composition of rice hull powder and corn cob.The major elements(K,Mg,Al,etc.)content ranges from 37.45 mg/kg to 1213 mg/kg,heavy metal elements(Cu,Cr,Ni,Pb,etc.)content ranges from 0.022 mg/kg to 6.053 mg/kg,and rare earth elements(Lu,Tb,La etc.)The content range is from 0.100 mg/kg to 0.353 mg/kg;The content of constant elements(K,Fe,Al,etc.)in corn cob ranges from 122.7 mg/kg to 2621 mg/kg,the content of heavy metal elements(Cu,Pb,Ni,etc.)ranges from 0.343 mg/kg to 3.681 mg/kg.Rare earth The content of similar elements(La,Dy,Pr,etc.)ranges from 0.003 mg/kg to 0.088 mg/kg.The detection limit of this method:0.0038.175 ng/g,RSD:0.19%5.19%,correlation coefficient:0.99951.0000,and the method recovery rate is between 90.2%108.6%.It was found in the study that rice hull flour and corn cob will naturally dissolve in pure water and affect the wastewater treatment effect.In this paper,the four kinds of ions,Cu2+,Pb2+,Cd2+,and Cr3+,which are present in the sewage,were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)The dissolution of rice husk flour and corn cob in pure water was investigated:For 100.0 mL of pure water with a pH of 67,adding rice husk powder with a mass of 0.500 g and a dissolution time of 60120 min,the four ions in rice hull powder dissolve less and are stable;for 100.0 mL pH=57 Pure water,when the corn cob mass is 0.500 g,and the dissolution time is 90120min,the four ions in the corn cob have a small and stable dissolution amount.Rice husk flour and corn cob were used as adsorbents to treat simulated sewage,and the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES)was used to determine the contents of Cu2+,Pb2+,Cd2+,and Cr3+in the simulated sewage before and after adding the adsorbent.It is concluded that in the simulated sewage of 40.00μg/mL and 100.0 mL,when the mass of rice husk powder is 1.500 g,the pH of the simulated sewage is 5-6,and the reaction time is 90 min,there are four kinds of Cu2+,Pb2+,Cd2+and Cr3+Ion removal efficiency is the best,the removal rates are:Cu2+(57.7%),Pb2+(42.1%),Cd2+(28.2%),Cr3+(32.9%);Removal of Cu2+,Pb2+,Cd2+,and Cr3+in 100.0 mL simulated sewage with a concentration of 40.00μg/mL when the corn cob mass is 2.000 g,the simulated sewage pH=6-7,and the reaction time is 90 min The best efficiency are:Cu2+(37.2%),Pb2+(38.0%),Cd2+(30.0%),and Cr3+(62.2%).Rice husk powder and corn cob were used as adsorbents to treat three different industrial wastewater.When the mass of rice husk flour is 1.500 g,the sewage pH is 5,and the reaction time is 90 min,The highest removal rates of Cu2+,Pb2+,Cd2+,and Cr3+were 46.4%,38.6%,21.2%,and 25.9%;When the corn cob mass is 2.000 g,the sewage pH is 6,and the reaction time is 90 min,The highest removal rates of Cu2+,Pb2+,Cd2+,and Cr3+were 30.4%,29.8%,26.4%,and 55.9%;... |
