With the improvement of people's living standards, the public demand for cosmetics is also increasing. To ensure the use safety of cosmetics is the key to safeguard the real rights and interests of consumers and ensure the long-term development of the cosmetics industry. In the process of safety standardization of cosmetics industry,it is necessary to control the quality of cosmetics. In this process, heavy metals and hormones are the two most important illegal additives.Heavy metals can improve the state of skin in a short time through physiological reaction with the surface of skin, while hormones can improve the state of skin aging and pigmentation in a short time through anti-inflammatory and accelerated metabolism.However,long-term use of such cosmetics will lead to heavy metal deposition and poisoning in the human body, while hormones will induce skin atrophy, telangiectasia, acne and even skin cancer;the addition of these two substances will cause serious long-term damage to the skin.Based on this, this study focuses on the analysis of the components of heavy metals and hormones in cosmetics, and focuses on the content of prohibited heavy metals and glucocorticoids in 3 categories and 51kinds of cosmetics on the market.Based on this, this study focuses on the analysis of the components of heavy metals and hormones in cosmetics. The contents of prohibited heavy metals and glucocorticoids in 51cosmetics in 3 categories are the research contents, and the following works are carried out:1.A method for the simultaneous determination of heavy metals?as,Pb,Cr,Ag,CD and Hg?in cosmetics by ICP-MS was established. The detection limit of each element in the method is 0.008?g·kg-12.417?g·kg-1,and the correlation coefficient R value is 0.99961 respectively. In cream cosmetics, especially in sunscreen,Hg is the main element. The results show that Hg is added to increase the whitening effect of sunscreen. The analysis results of water emulsion cosmetics show that more heavy metal elements are commonly added to skin care dairy products. It is speculated that the purpose is to increase the maintenance effect and process catalytic residue of emulsions, while in skin care aquatic products, due to their function and composition needs, less heavy metal elements are added. Most of the cosmetics included in this study are qualified products according to China's national standards. However, according to the cosmetics standards of Japan and the European Union, the detected heavy metals are all unqualified products.2.A HPLC-MS method was established for the simultaneous determination of various hormones in cosmetics. In this method,C8 column, pure methanol as the constant volume solvent, ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent,HLB solid phase extraction column and HLB solid phase extraction column were selected as the best elution ratio:methanol:water=3:7.This method has a good linear relationship in the range of 0?g·kg-11 to 80?g·kg-1.The recoveries were 84.7%-100%,RSD was less than 9.9%,LOQ was 10?g·kg-1.According to this method,1kinds of corticosteroid-chlorproso-propionate were detected in a single product of Mi Yuan live facial mask, with a detection volume of 0.28 mg·kg-1.However,no corresponding hormone was detected in the other 50 cosmetics.3.The method established in this study has high sensitivity and stability. It can be used for the detection of heavy metals and hormones in common cosmetics.
