To the exploration of coal thickness distribution can effectively prevent the happening of the accident and improve the output of coal,the coal mine is the most common ways of exploration through exploration and drill for coal seam drilling to understand the distribution of the coal seam,a wide range of exploration drilling rig,according to different functions and conditions of use,the drill structure will change accordingly to adapt to the current working environment.In the market,there are few equipment for drilling in the coal seam of fully mechanized mining face,and the current treatment method is still to drill by manual handheld drilling machine,which has problems such as large amount of personnel,bad working environment,high risk coefficient and low drilling efficiency.In order to solve these problems,this paper carried out the design and research of the top coal drilling machine suitable for the fully mechanized mining face.Firstly analyses the specific coal mine coal and rock distribution,according to the nature of coal and rock in the area identified the drill with the method of double rotating cutting rock drilling,studied the mechanism of rotary cutting drill rock drill the main parameter calculation formula,and further analysis the main influence factors in the process of cutting rock drilling.According to the site environment of fully mechanized mining face and the mature theory of existing tunnel drilling machine,the design requirements of the drilling machine are put forward and the structure of the whole machine is designed.It is determined that the drilling rig adopts the full hydraulic drive,can realize independent walking,has the function of folding and recycling,and adopts the double feed mechanism for the feed mode,and carries out the simulation analysis and design of the main parts of the drilling rig.The hydraulic system of drilling rig is designed according to the requirements of the whole rig.On the basis of MATLAB software,according to the working characteristics of the drilling machine,the static model of the whole machine is established.The force situation of each point of the whole machine is obtained by using the balance equation of force system and torque.The influence of the main supporting point force change when the drilling machine is in different positions is analyzed,and the optimal drilling position of the drilling machine is determined.The whole machine model was simplified,and the longitudinal and transverse dynamic models of the whole machine were established.Using ANSYS workbench software to conduct modal analysis and harmonious response analysis on the whole rig,to check whether the whole rig will occur low frequency resonancephenomenon,and to analyze the main vibration mode of the whole rig in the first eight orders,it is concluded that the main vibration of the whole rig is longitudinal vibration.By means of harmonic response analysis,the variation rule of vibration displacement of rig bracket in all directions with response frequency is obtained,which verifies that there is no resonance between the whole rig and other components.The simulation software AMESim was used to simulate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of the top coal drilling rig in the fully mechanized mining face back to the coal seam,and the simulation models of the four main circuits of the system were built respectively.Through the simulation analysis of the above basic circuit,it is shown that the performance of the selected hydraulic components matches,and the designed hydraulic system can meet the actual requirements of the drilling rig.
