Surface-enhanced Raman scattering?SERS?has become a powerful method for detecting trace components as it has a very broad development prospect in the environmental field due to its intrinsic properties, such as high sensitivity, wide detection range,non-destructive,fast and non-polluting.In this thesis, three SERS substrates were prepared, modified, and used for the detection of target contaminants. The main findings are as follows:?1?A polytrifluoropropylmethylsiloxane?PTFPMS?/silver composite SERS substrate was prepared by combining sol-gel method and in-situ reduction method, then further modified with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane?APTES?.It was found that with the modified PTFPMS film as SERS substrate, which was doped with 20%APTES and immersed in 0.2mM silver nanoparticles for 24 hours, nitrobenzene which was served as target pollutant can be detected at 8×10-5M.?2?A polystyrene?PS?/silver composite SERS substrate was successfully prepared by combining electrospinning and in situ reduction, then probe molecule p-ATP was utilized to explore the surface enhancement. After that, typical cyclic aromatic compounds,i.e.nitrobenzene,was investigated. It was found that the spinning solution with PS mass fraction of 10%and doped with 0.05 g of silver nitrate before in-situ reduction has the best Raman effect for probe molecule p-ATP.The prepared polystyrene/silver SERS substrate can be used to detect the target pollutant nitrobenzene at 8×10-44 M.?3?A polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?/silver composite SERS substrate was successfully prepared by electrospinning and in-situ reduction.Original PVA fibers were extremely soluble in water, however, after heat treatment,it was found that the treated fibers became nearly insoluble in water. After investigation,it was found that the heat-treated PVA spun fiber had a good SERS effect for 10-5M methylene blue after loading silver nanoparticles by immersed in 6 mM silver nitrate and 30 mM sodium borohydride solution for 30 s.
