Semiconductor microwave oven is a new development direction of microwave heating technology.The efficiency of solid-state semiconductor devices is lower than magnetron.The state pays more and more attention to environmental protection,and has formulated strict energy efficiency standards for household appliances industry.If the energy efficiency requirements can not be met,it will be difficult to achieve product.Therefore,improving energy efficiency is the key to the application of solid-state microwave heating technology in microwave ovens.Based on the project of semiconductor microwave oven product development,an efficient microwave heating system is designed by using ADS/HFSS and other simulation software.Firstly,the overall scheme of the system is designed according to the technical specifications and design requirements of the system,and the system is decomposed into modules.Solid-state microwave heating system consists of the following core modules: microwave power amplifier,microwave transmission system,control system,switching DC power.The main work of this paper is the software and hardware design of the control system,the design and Simulation of high efficiency LDMOS power amplifier,the simulation and design of high efficiency antenna and microwave feeding device.Control system design determines the function of each module,module interface,communication mode between modules,system detection and protection measures.Control system design determines the function of each module,module interface,communication mode between modules,system detection,protection measures,and software implementation.High efficiency LDMOS power amplifier is simulated and analyzed by ADS automatic design platform.The designed microstrip line is drawn by AutoCAD software and PCB is designed by Cadence software.Antenna and microwave feeding device are designed and simulated using Ansoft's High Frequency Structure Simulator field analysis software based on finite element method.Based on the above work,the microwave heating system has been developed.In order to verify the performance of the system,the physical tests of each module and the whole machine are carried out.Vector network analyzer E5080 A is used to test the standing wave and gain of antenna.The power and efficiency of power amplifier are tested with N9010 A signal analyzer and N1913 A power meter.The results show that the system fits the design specifications and achieves the designed results.This research can provide reference value for the development of solid-state microwave technology and product talk.
