The Practical Process And Inspiration Of The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In China Since Reform And Opening-up

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,economic has achieved great development with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization.The ecological environment has been seriously damaged and the ecological problems have become more and more serious while economic development.Facing the situation of resource shortage,environmental pollution and ecological degradation,these problems will become a hindrance to our social progress if we do not solve them well.The Party Central Committee,deep awareness of the need for construction of ecological civilization,put forward the strategy of construction of ecological civilization,the ecological construction into the overall layout of the"five in one",and strive to build a beautiful China.System in this paper combed the 40 years of reform and opening-up practice course of China’s ecological civilization construction,and summarizes the achievements and experience in the process and the existing problems.On the basis of dealing with the relation between the good and the nature,and the way of Chinese ecological civilization construction has carried on the theoretical exploration,what aims to realize the 19~thh National Congress of the Communist Party of China we will accelerate reform of the ecological civilization system,strive to solve the prominent environmental problem,the construction of harmonious coexistence between man and nature of the modern state.This paper is divided into three parts except the introduction.The first part mainly elaborates the concept and theoretical basis of China’s ecological civilization construction.This part focuses on main contents and the source of its thoughts,and comprehensively promotes the construction of ecological civilization in the in-depth analysis of the relationship between man and nature.The second part explores the practice of China’s ecological civilization construction since 1978.This part systematically settles the practice and theoretical exploration of ecological civilization construction in the party central committee,and deeply understood the understanding of the Chinese communist party in dealing with environmental issues.The third part discusses the experience and enlightenment of China’s ecological civilization construction.Based on the second part,summarizing the achievements,historical experiences and existing problems,and puts forward the ideas of China’s ecological civilization construction.
