Study On The Project Risk Evaluation And The Countermeasures Of The Electronic Commerce Industrial Park In The X-Town

With the development of Internet information technology,e-commerce has formed in our country,more and more trade situation is based on the form of e-commerce,and the e-commerce industry has become the economic growth power of our country and even the whole world.With the development of e-commerce,the development of e-commerce is strongly encouraged.In our country,the development of e-commerce industrial park in the northern area is obviously lagging behind in the south.In order to accelerate the development of the e-commerce industry in the northern region,the planning and construction of the e-commerce industrial park must be accelerated.The X Town is located in the center of the Huaihai Economic Zone of Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province.It is in the five-province central,the location advantage is obvious.It is an ideal place for the construction of industrial e-commerce industrial park in Jiangsu Province.Therefore,the construction of daily glass e-commerce industrial park in X Town caters to the trend of the times and has broad prospects for development.This paper takes the risk management of the investor as the perspective,takes the X town daily glass e-commerce industry park as the research object,takes the whole process risk of the investment as the risk division of the project,avoids the occurrence of the risk from all aspects as far as possible,in order to ensure the final stable delivery and operation of the project,therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the risk of each stage of the project.This paper first combs all the possible risk points of the project,and finally divides the risk into 15 risks according to the four stages from project preparation to operation.Secondly,the risk evaluation index system is compiled to sort out the summarized risks.Thirdly,we have a lot of experience in different departments of the project.The rich experts carry on the investigation,according to the set good index system,obtains the expert to the project risk concrete score value,then determines each risk index weight according to the concrete score situation.Then,to determine the good weight,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and judge the project risk,and it is concluded that the risk grade of the project is in a small grade and the risk condition is good;thus,the risk that may arise during the operation of the project is managed,avoided and controlled,and the control of the core risk point is discussed at the same time.There are 5 graphs,21 tables and 95 references in this paper.
