High-intensity mining under loose aquifers or aeolian sand will cause geological disasters such as water inrush and sand breaks,affecting the economic and social benefits of resource exploitation.At the same time,loose aquifers are also the main water supply source for human production and life and surface ecology.Studying the permeability of modified materials in loose aquifers is of great significance for grouting.In this paper,water-based polyurethane modified materials are taken as the research object,combined with grouting simulation test,the influence rules of the permeability of water-based polyurethane stones under different particle gradations are explored,in order to provide reference and reference for sand layer permeability research and grouting engineering technology.Learn from.The main research results obtained by the paper are:(1)The rule of permeability of water-based polyurethane stones with particle size was studied.In the even-grained sand layer,the porosity and permeability coefficient of the stone body of the waterborne polyurethane sand layer increase with the increase of the particle size of the sand sample.0.6mm particle size,0.4mm-0.6mm sandstone particle size increases by more than 0.2mm-0.4mm particle size.However,in the mixed particle sand layer,the porosity and permeability coefficient of the stones in the waterborne polyurethane sand layer are relatively small,and their porosity and permeability coefficient increase with the increase of the particle size of the sand sample.(2)The law of permeability of waterborne polyurethane stones with age is studied.In the uniform grain sand layer,as the age increases,the porosity and permeability coefficient gradually decrease,the main change interval of the porosity and permeability coefficient is in the 3d-7d age period,and the change between 14d-28 d is small.In the mixed particle sand layer,some voids in the sand layer are filled with small-diameter sand samples,and their porosity and permeability coefficient are small.Waterborne polyurethane has a significant effect on the porosity and permeability coefficient of the sand layer,and can play a role in reducing the porosity and permeability coefficient of the sand layer.(3)The law of permeability of waterborne polyurethane stones with the layer of stones was studied.In the vertical direction,the porosity and permeability coefficient of the top and bottom positions of the stone body are higher than those of the middle position.In the horizontal direction,the porosity and permeability coefficients at the edge position are higher than those at the middle position.Although the variation ranges of the porosity and permeability coefficient at the edge positions on both sides are different,the porosity and permeability coefficient are similar.(4)The sensitivity of the influence of age and particle size on permeability is studied.For the two dependent variables of porosity and permeability coefficient,the sensitivity of the age to the porosity and permeability coefficient is greater than the particle size of sand.(5)The law of permeability coefficient of water-based polyurethane stones with porosity was studied.Porosity and permeability coefficient have a strong correlation.With the continuous reaction of waterborne polyurethane and water in the sand layer,the formation of consolidated bodies reduces the voids in the sand layer,and the permeability channels in the sand layer decrease accordingly.,Resulting in a decrease in permeability coefficient as the porosity decreases.There are 34 pictures,12 tables and 105 references in this paper.
