The stability control of surrounding rock of excavated coal roadways within stresses influence zone due to multiple mining-induced effect,is one of the common problems in the mining process of underground coal mines,which is urgent to be studied.Taking the 1209 material roadway of Shanxi Fenxi Zhongxing Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as the engineering background,the comprehensive methods,including field investigation,similar material simulation,numerical simulation and engineering practice field test are used to analyze the surrounding rock deformation characteristics of excavated coal roadways within stresses influence zone due to multiple mininginduced effect,the displacement evolution characteristics of overburden strata during sequential mining process of multiple working faces,and the stress distribution characteristics of overlying strata after multiple mining,the surrounding rock controlling effect of excavated coal roadways within stresses influence zone due to multiple mining-induced effect with the cable truss system and the field application.The main results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the surrounding rock deformation and the failure form of supporting structures of 1209 roadway in Zhongxing Coal Industry,an investigation and monitoring have been carried out.For the excavated coal roadway within stresses influence zone due to multiple mining-induced effect,the overall failure characteristics are comprehensively revealed.(2)The physical model of similar material which can reflect the stress process of multiple mining is established.The ratio parameters of each rock layer in the model are determined by experiment.The displacement evolution characteristics of overlying strata in the adjacent working face of 1209 material roadway and the overlying working face during sequential mining are analyzed.(3)A three-dimensional numerical calculation model is established to simulate the formation process of stress affected by multiple mining.The stress evolution characteristics of overburden strata in the sequential mining process of adjacent and overlying working faces of 1209 material roadway are obtained,and the distribution characteristics of high supporting stress of coal and rock strata in the area affected by multiple mining stress are revealed.(4)The numerical calculation model of surrounding rock of the excavated coal roadway within stresses influence zone due to multiple mining-induced effect is established.Combined with the distribution characteristics of high support stress of coal and rock in multiple mining stress affected area,the displacement field and plastic zone surrounding the roadway 1209 while adopting the anchor cable truss system is obtained by comprehensive simulation analysis.(5)Based on the geological conditions of 1209 material roadway,the joint control scheme of anchor cable and anchor cable truss system and its detailed parameters are determined comprehensively,and the field industrial test is carried out.The field monitoring results show that the control effect of the roadway deformation is good.The paper has 48 pictures,14 tables,and 75 references.
