With the promotion of national energy saving and emission reduction policies and the improvement of coal mine environmental protection requirements,the recovery and utilization of low-temperature waste heat resources in coal mines has attracted the attention of coal enterprises,especially mine exhaust.Because of its large air volume,stable air temperature and high relative humidity,it contains a large amount of low-temperature heat energy,and is a waste heat resource with extremely high utilization value.Using heat pump to extract heat from mine exhaust air can be used to solve the problems of heating of coal mine buildings,freeze-proof of wellhead and heat for bathing.Yushupo Coal Mine adopts the dual-source heating mode of exhaust heat utilization of exhaust air and inrush water as the base peak heat source and gas boiler as the peak-shaving heat source.The system adopts the maximum utilization of mine waste heat and waste heat resources to realize the preparation of mine annual sanitary bath hot water,freeze-proof and heat preservation at the wellhead in winter,and building heating in winter.This paper designs an automatic monitoring subsystem of waste heat comprehensive utilization based on Siemens PLC and Win CC.Through this automatic monitoring subsystem,24-hour remote real-time monitoring can be realized in the dispatching room;backwashing operation can be carried out by automatic control of outdoor temperature and pressure difference between front and back of exhaust heat collector;temperature control of water tank can be carried out by automatically adjusting electric regulating valve through temperature change;and temperature control of water tank can be carried out according to the number of outdoor and indoor buildings.When the system can not meet the heating requirements at full load,it should automatically provide control signals and information to the boiler monitoring subsystem,and start the steam heating valve to make up heat.The system has been put into use,and the operation effect is good.It realizes the comprehensive utilization of exhaust air and waste heat of water gushing,and achieves better economic and environmental benefits. |
