Research Of Wastewater Treatment And Reuse In Chemical Plants

With the rapid development of China's economy,water shortage is becoming an important factor restricting China's economic development.Chemical plant wastewater discharge is very large and contain many types of pollutants.Treatment and reuse of sewage discharged from chemical plants is an important means of saving water and reducing consumption.The subject of this project is the research on the rainwater drainage system improvement project of the fertilizer plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.Analyze the treatment principle,process flow and design indicators used in this newly-built wastewater treatment facility.And statistical analysis of its operating data,to explore its effects on COD,ammonia nitrogen,suspended solids and other pollutants.The 700m~3/h rainwater drainage pretreatment device of fertilizer plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,is mainly composed of nine units such as grille wells,conditioning tanks,high-efficiency clarification tanks,strong ozone oxidation tanks,aerated biological filters,V-type filters,clean water tanks,sludge treatment systems and ozone preparation systems.Coagulation,flocculation,precipitation and physical filtration are mainly used to remove suspended matter and colloidal organic matter in this rainwater drainage pretreatment device.Besides,degradation of COD,ammonia nitrogen and other impurities in wastewater are remove by chemical oxidation and biochemical degradation.The 700m~3/h rainwater wastewater pretreatment device has a good effect on various pollutants of rainwater wastewater from fertilizer plants.The COD,ammonia nitrogen,suspended matter and other pollutants can meet the effluent standards after treatment.All kinds of medicines,power consumption and energy consumption of the rainwater wastewater pretreatment device can reach the design target.The operating data of the rainwater wastewater pretreatment device can provide practical experience for the improvement of rain drainage system in other production equipment.And it can also provide valuable reference data for the new wastewater treatment plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.
