Research On Improvement Of Financial Risk Management In Western Mining

With the development of market economy,the environment of enterprises is becoming more and more complicated,and the risks of enterprises become crucial.How to deal with all kinds of risks,especially financial risk has great significance for healthy development of enterprises.In recent years,the slowdown of national GDP has a huge impact on the nonferrous industry.Due to the reckless decision-making of expanding production and the unreasonable financial risk management,financial problems such as the capital chain rupture have gradually arisen,which has a great adverse impact on the normal production and even on the survival of the enterprise.As playing a leading role in the nonferrous industry in Western China,Western Mining also has some problems in recent years due to a poor financial risk control.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore and study the improvement of financial risk management in Western Mining.Basing on the above background,this paper focuses on the comprehensive risk management system with five parts based on studying and combing the relevant theories of financial management,which form the theoretical and framework basis for improving the financial risk management of Western Mining.In the research process,firstly,we comprehensively analyze the financial reports of Western Mining in the past five years to fully grasp the current financial risk situation,and use the AHP method to make overall analyze of all kinds of risk to clarify the main risk items that need to be solved.Secondly,start with the study of the organization structure,control activities,identification and early warning statues of financial risk management in Western Mining,according to the specific situation,we conduct a detailed analysis of the problems and defects of current financial risk management in comparison with the comprehensive risk management system.Finally,according to the problems and weaknesses found in the analysis,we put forward targeted improvement measures from five aspects,financial risk management goal setting,management organizationstructure design,risk control process,information communication and cultural construction,form a clear financial risk management system of Western Mining.Enterprise risk management is getting more and more attention from managers.With the continuous development of the theory,comprehensive risk management has gradually emerged and integrated to form a unified risk management framework.This paper applies the comprehensive risk management system to the field of financial risk management,provides a new idea and framework for single risk management through system design.
