Graphene is known as the king of materials in the 21 st century.Compared with the traditional electric heating devices based on electric heating wire,graphene electric heating film has the advantages of stable heat generation,long service life and safety.In order to prepare a graphene film with good heat generation,the graphene oxide was prepared by the Hummers method and then coated with a film.The graphene oxide film is reduced by ultraviolet light irradiation,hydroiodic acid immersion,and laser engraving radiation respectively.The reduced membranes were characterized respectively to compare the reduction effects,and then the electrical properties of the films were tested.Then a kind of graphene slurry was prepared by adding graphene powder into high polymer.By controlling the graphene content and coating film thickness in the slurry to analyze the voltage,current,heating temperature and other parameters of the obtained film,the finished graphene electric heating film which can be used for the graphene electric heating garment is determined.The final conclusion is as follows:1.Through various characterization methods,it was found that the hydriodic acid immersion and laser engraving radiation reduction effect was significantly better than the ultraviolet light irradiation reduction,and the ultraviolet light irradiation reduction could not completely reduce the oxygen-containing functional groups in the graphene oxide.Both of them can reduce most of the oxygen-containing functional groups in the graphene oxide,and the membrane resistance is small,and initially has electrothermal properties.2.Graphene is blended with high polymer to prepare graphene slurry and coated.The film obtained by this method has stable heating performance and good adhesion.By controlling the mass fraction of graphene and the thickness of coating film,the resistance and current are studied.The relationship between parameters such as heating temperature,electrode spacing,concentration and thickness was determined.The graphene content was 7.5 wt % and the electrode spacing was 1 cm.The graphene film with the applied voltage of 12 V had the best heating effect.3.Through the screen printing technology,the graphene paste was printed on the polyimide film and the flexible heat-reflecting fabric.It was found that the heating film was uniform and stable at 12 V,and the performance kept steady after 5,000 times without loss.After inserting the flexible electric heating film into the jacket,it was found that it can work stably under the voltage of 12 V with 3 different gears,the highest temperature is 45 °C and the power is 18 W.The jacket has good performance and is expected to be mass-produced after further improvement.
