| Supercritical water oxidation technology can treat difficult-to-degrade organic waste into non-polluting substances,which is more effective than traditional organic waste treatment methods.It is a green and environmentally friendly organic waste treatment technology.After years of research and development,its theoretical basis It develops rapidly and is more and more widely used in practical engineering.At home and abroad,there are many researches on the application of supercritical water oxidation technology in chemistry,but less research on supercritical water oxidation equipment.According to the above situation,a set of supercritical water oxidation equipment for the treatment of organic sewage is developed.This equipment includes mechanical design,hardware design,software design and other parts.The main research contents are as follows:First,the purpose and significance of developing supercritical water oxidation equipment and supercritical water oxidation technology are introduced.By investigating the research status of supercritical water oxidation technology and equipment at home and abroad,it is concluded that the urgency and necessity of developing supercritical water oxidation equipment.Secondly,according to the design parameter requirements of the equipment,the first version of the mechanical design plan was developed,and the second plan was developed through the analysis and improvement of the first plan.Designed pressure control module,preheating module,reactor module,cooling and separation module,etc.,and selected appropriate high-pressure plunger pump,motor,back pressure valve,safety valve,pulse damper and other components.Then introduce the basic theory of temperature field,heat conduction,heat radiation,heat convection and other heat transfer theoretical knowledge.Through ANSYS Workbench simulation software,perform temperature field simulation on the kettle and study which kind of insulation material used in the main heating furnace has the best insulation effect.The comparison of simulation results shows that the best thermal insulation effect is obtained when asbestos is used as the thermal insulation material.Then it introduces the functions to be implemented in the hardware design and the overall structure of the control system.Using the 6ES7 288-1ST20-0AA0 PLC to design the circuit diagrams of the five modules including the main module,the power module,the PLC external wiring module,and the temperature measurement module.The working principle and use method of each component are introduced.Finally,the functions and overall composition of the supercritical water software design are introduced.The communication program,temperature conversion program,pressure conversion program,temperature control program,etc.are programmed using the STEP7-Microwin programming software of Siemens PLC.At the same time,using the host computer LabVIEW software to design the login interface,basic information,temperature and pressure monitoring,etc.After the installation and commissioning of the device is completed,experiments are performed on it,and the experimental results show that the equipment can meet the expected design indicators and meet the conditions of use. |
