Research On Green Supplier Selection Of Coal Enterprises

In order to reduce the procurement cost,the impact of production activities on the environment,and improve the economic and environmental benefits of coal enterprises,the thesis employs a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to study selection and management of green suppliers.From the perspective of green supply chain management,green suppliers can reduce the procurement cost of enterprises,improve the equipment level of enterprises,reduce the impact of coal production and operation on the environment through high-green production equipment and materials,and obtain more High economic efficiency.In order to standardize the green supplier selection criteria,a green supplier evaluation system is constructed,which includs quality,cost,service and response level,enterprise green innovation capability as the first-level criteria,and 21 secondary criteria such as quality certification system and product qualification rate.A method based on entropy modification BWM—TOPSIS is constructed.Firstly,the best criteria and worst criteria are chosen by calculated the entropy method,and then a method based on BWM is determined the weight of the green supplier evaluation system.The subjective problem of BWM method is effectively solved by this weighting method.Finally the TOPSIS method is employed to selection the best green supplier from alternative suppliers.In the end of this thesis,the established green supplier evaluation system and green supplier selection method are applied in a company that named PD,and an optimal green supplier is selected for it.Then in order to improve this company supplier management capability,the green supplier management countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of strengthening supplier quality control,standardizing procurement channels and so on.
