The electrical submersible pump is an important mechanical oil production equipment,which is of great significance to monitore the duty parameters of the submersible pump unit in oil field production and energy saving.Traditional methods for monitoring working condition of electric pump unit can not reflect the underground working conditions in real time,and cannot analyze the efficiency of submersible motor and submersible electric pump.Motor speed is an important parameter to reflect the working condition and failure of submersible pump units.Based on the slot harmonic of the submersible motor,the speed can be obtained,and the diagnosis of the working condition of the electric pump unit is further analyzed.Therefore,the key research content of this paper is how to effectively realize the speed identification of submersible motor and formulate energy conservation plan accordingly.The main tasks of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the principle of tooth harmonic method of asynchronous motor speed identification and tooth harmonic frequencies used Orthometric Average Chirp Z-Transform(OACZT)algorithm,and aimed at the problem of large OACZT computation,improved algorithm is proposed based on the realization of a restructuring ROACZT(Reorganized OACZT),the amount of calculation for OACZT only 50%.(2)When the speed of the asynchronous motor is close to the ideal no-load speed,the harmonic of the power network seriously affects the analysis of the harmonic of the tooth slot,which leads to the very large error of the speed identification and the failure of identification.To solve this problem,the harmonic elimination method is used to deal with the signal,and the harmonic elimination method is applied to avoid the influence of the harmonic of the power grid on the harmonic of the tooth slot,and the speed measurement of the motor is solved.(3)This paper studies the grid frequency fluctuation of speed and torque of tooth harmonic analysis result of the deviation,the frequency normalization method based on the slip rate is proposed,which corrects the deviation of analytical results.It provides an important basis for the identification and analysis of working conditions of electric pump units.(4)The power optimization method of oil motor based on slot harmonic measurement is proposed.The simulation results show that this method can improve the efficiency of the motor,thus providing a theoretical basis for the rational configuration of electric submersible pump unit..(5)Aiming at the low efficiency electric pump well,the effect of reducing energy saving is studied,and the energy saving method of oil pump well is put forward.Well buck energy-saving experiment was carried out the experiment,the experimental results show that the motor loss minimum does not mean that the lowest cost of tons of oil,with tons of oil cost as the optimization goal to evaluate energy saving effect is more conform to the requirements of the oil field production.(6)On the DSP platform,the core algorithm is realized based on the harmonic measurement of the groove,which lays a foundation for the field application of the electric pump well condition monitoring.
