In recent years,as China continues to promote the process of industrialization,the problem of discharge of waste water containing refractory waste is becoming more and more serious.For example,printing and dyeing wastewater is one of the urgent problems to be solved.The advanced oxidation technology is currently recognized as an effective means of removing organic pollutants.The photocatalytic oxidation doesn't need the harsh reaction temperature and pressure conditions but also has the advantages of simple reactor design,simple operation and low cost and high efficiency.However,this technology still has the shortcomings of narrow photoresponse range and high photon hole-electron recombination rate,which affects the processing efficiency and cost.Based on the current status of photocatalytic oxidation technology,we prepared a series of composite photocatalysts that can effectively degrade the pollutants of printing and dyeing wastewater by compounding two kinds of organic photocatalyst PDI(perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic diimide)and phthalocyanine compounds.The photocatalyst results show that the combination of two kinds of photocatalyst can exert its synergistic effect and effectively improve the processing efficiency.In this research,three kinds of phthalocyanines(CoPc,CoTAP and CoTPPz)were synthesized by solid-state fusion method.The photocatalysts PDI/CoPc,PDI/CoTAP and PDI/CoTPPz were prepared by two-solvent liquid-phase method combined with PDI.The prepared catalysts were characterized by elemental analysis,UV-vis,UV-vis DRS,FT-IR,XRD and SEM.The photocatalytic oxidation performance of RhB simulated wastewater and other simulated wastewater was investigated.And the stability of its research and mechanism was determined.The results showed that the composite of PDI/CoPc,PDI/CoTAP and PDI/CoTPPz were successfully prepared.Under the condition of 10 mg/L RhB and 0.5 g/L catalyst concentration,the degradation rate of RhB can reach 92%,90.2% and 89.1% respectively.At the same time,there was good removal rates of MB,MO and 4-NP.The reasonable stability of PDI/Phthalocyanines was also confirmed after four successive runs.The kinetic analysis of the performance test shows that the removal reaction belongs to quasi-first-order kinetic reaction.The possible reaction mechanism of photocatalytic oxidation reaction was discussed.
