| Channel fracturing is a new type of stimulation,the dispersion of non continuous proppant group laying way instead of the conventional fracturing proppant continuously and evenly paved way in fracture formed in the high conductivity channel,effectively improve the stimulation effect after fracturing.However,there is a lack of systematic research on proppant migration in complex fractures of channel fracturing.The migration rule of proppant in channel fracturing fractures is not clear.With the continuous development of unconventional oil and gas,the application of channel fracturing technology is becoming more and more extensive.It is necessary to make a systematic and thorough study on the movement of proppant movement in the complex fracture of the channel fracture.Based on the investigation of related principle and realization method of channel fracturing technology at home and abroad on the application of the visualization of large channel complex fracturing fracture proppant transport simulation device,considering the wall roughness and filtration conditions,respectively on the single main crack and different angle branch cracks were physical simulation experiments and analysis the viscosity of fracturing fluid and proppant added factors of fiber ratio,particle size,concentration and displacement effects on fracturing proppants in complex fracture in laying the migration.Meanwhile,on the basis of laboratory experiments,combined with related theoretical models,we simulate the migration of proppant in channel fractured complex fractures by using CFD-EDEM coupling method.The results show that the filter and fracture surface roughness of the channel of proppant migration has obvious effect.The experimental device has taken into account the above factors,so the experimental results are more practical.Different influence factors have different influence on the migration and placement of the proppant in the complex fracture of the channel fracturing.According to the experimental results,the optimum parameters are as follows:the viscosity of fracturing fluid is medium(100 mPa.s),the proportion of fiber is 0.2%,the particle size of proppant is 40/70 mesh,the proppant concentration is 200 kg/m~3,and the fracturing construction displacement is 6 m~3/h.The simulation results of CFD-EDEM coupling method agree well with physical simulation experiments.Based on this,the influence of different factors on proppant migration in channel fracturing is simulated.The simulation method provides a new and effective method for the simulation of proppant migration in complex fractures. |
