In recent years,with the increasing attention of the country and the people to the environmental protection industry and the optimism about green building materials,insulation materials have become more important in the green building materials industry,and most of the insulation materials on the market are still organic.Insulation materials are mainly used,but organic insulation materials face a series of problems such as easy aging,poor fire resistance and short service life;while inorganic insulation materials have certain flame retardancy and high cost performance.Based on the above analysis,organic and inorganic composite materials and Inorganic foamed concrete insulation material is the future development direction.This article mainly analyzes several aspects related to this.(1)Analysis on the performance of concrete with or without polystyrene foam particles(EPS).Fly ash(FA),steel slag,and cement were used as the main raw materials for the experimental research.On this basis,certain polystyrene foam particles were added to prepare concrete test blocks.The experiment mainly studied the effect of the amount of polystyrene foam particles,the ratio of water to glue,the amount of aluminum powder,and the temperature required during the experiment on the performance of the test block.Finally,it is concluded that in the state without EPS particles,the effect of temperature on the density of the test block is greater than the effect of the amount of aluminum powder added and the ratio of water to glue,and the effect of the ratio of water to glue on the strength of the test block is relatively higher than the temperature and aluminum.The effect of adding powder is great.After adding polystyrene foam particles,the foaming ratio of the slurry is significantly reduced,and the effect of foaming temperature on the absolute density of the slurry is greater than that of the amount of foaming agent and the ratio of water to gel;The effect of temperature and water-gel ratio on the strength of the test block required bythe experimental process is greater.Under the conditions of low aluminum powder addition(3 ? 5 ‰),high water-to-binder ratio(0.46),and low foaming temperature(30 ? 40 ?),after adding foam plastic particles,the foam body is reduced to dryness.At the same time,the compressive strength of the foam can be improved,and a low-density,high-strength organic-inorganic composite foam product can be prepared.(2)Analysis of the effect of EPS foam particles on foam test blocks.The results show that as the amount of EPS particles is gradually increased,the expansion ratio and the foaming speed of the test blocks are in a state of decline.Because the foam particles have the effect of absorbing hydrogen,the foam foaming process is inhibited after the foam particles are added;Both the absolute dry density and strength of the test pieces decreased with the increase of EPS particles.In terms of reducing the contribution rate of the density and strength of the test block,the proportion of aluminum powder foaming contribution is significantly higher than that of the addition of EPS particles,indicating that aluminum powder foaming is the most important factor in terms of reducing the density and strength of the test block.The addition of EPS particles is a secondary factor affecting performance.The combination of the two can obtain low density and high strength test blocks.Experiments show that in the foamed concrete raw material system with a proportion of 74.5% fly ash,24.5% quick lime,and 0.8% gypsum,when the solid raw material is added with about 1.3% EPS particles,282 kg / m~3 can be obtained.,0.3 MPa test block.(3)Analysis of the effect of vacuum on the performance of the test block.By controlling different vacuum states,the different analysis of its effect on the performance of the test block is analyzed.The results show that as the degree of vacuum gradually increases,the density and strength of the dried test pieces show a decrease first and then an increase.In order to reduce the absolute dry density of the foamed concrete,we super-fabricated the FA with an additional polyurethane board.At this time,the absolute dry density of the foamed concrete decreased by 40.69% and the strength increased by15.38%.0.04 MPa,2(10 × 10 × 2)cm polyurethane boards and 37.5% EPS can be added to obtain an absolute dry density of 180.75 kg / m~3,and the compressive and flexural strengths are 0.65 MPa and 0.52 MPa,respectively.At the same time,there is a certain degree of thermal insulation,in which the thermal insulation coefficient reaches 0.05498 W /(m · k),and after 15 freeze-thaw cycles,the strength still decreases by less than 10%.
