Tunnel engineering is a kind of common construction in the field of civil engineering.With the development of urbanization infrastructure construction in China,It is inevitable that a large number of close works appear in tunnel engineering.Tunnel engineering construction such as the complex many unknown factors,high safety coefficient,once the safety monitoring does not reach the designated position,will cause heavy damage to property and personnel.At present,traditional monitoring instruments are widely used in tunnel safety monitoring,in order to solve the problems of the monitoring lagging,poor data timeliness,the paper combining with the characteristics of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology,fiber grating demodulation devices combined with the mature of the server,and database technology,set up a visual monitoring platform,Shortcomings are solved such as lagging monitoring,data distortion,and using the mature numerical simulation technology of construction.The specific research work is as follows:(1)The settlement of soil above the tunnel during pipe jacking before tunnel excavation is simulated and measured;(2)The settlement of soil mass in tunnel structure is analyzed theoretically and calculated numerically;(3)By using database technology,data transmission technology,ali cloud service and PHP language,the monitoring platform of local terminal and cloud is built,and a multi-source information monitoring platform based on LabVIEW is built to monitor the construction information in real time;(4)The construction safety and intelligent monitoring system composed of the fiber Bragg grating sensor and the monitoring platform was applied to the construction site.The settlement distribution rule during the push of pipe jacking and the settlement occurrence rule during the presence of dynamic load were obtained through the analysis of the sensor monitoring data.The paper draws the following conclusions: in the process of pipe curtain construction,the settlement law of the soil above the tunnel during pipe jacking construction and the settlement law of the soil above the tunnel during the excavation of the soil within the tunnel structure are the biggest at the center of the tunnel,which shows a decreasing trend to both sides successively.This paper provides a complete monitoring system scheme for engineering construction.
