Food safety issues are more and more concerned by the world,food safety monitoring technology requirements are increasingly high.Pesticide residue testing is one of the important aspects of food safety monitoring.The detection of multiple pesticide residues has become a hot spot at present.Due to its instability and compliance,the rapid detection technology is only used for the rapid detection of edible agricultural products.Traditional laboratory testing method,the quantitative detection for pesticide residues on rules and regulations,this paper studies the rapid screening of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,somewhere between rapid detection technology with traditional laboratory tests between,on the basis of rapid detection,improve the accuracy of the screening for traditional laboratory testing method,greatly reducing the costs of testing,a new screening method can to hundreds of pesticide qualitative analysis at the same time,and don't need to use the standard case,quickly establish the MRM method,accurate qualitative screening of pesticide residues.This paper established a kind of by gas chromatography-triple level 4 pole mass spectrometry instrument more pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables for rapid screening method,the sample improved QuEChERS fast simple extraction and purification,through intelligent database without the product to the qualitative screening of many kinds of pesticide residues,labeling for each matrix to experiment,to verify the database accurate data can be concluded screening of pesticide residues.The screening method has a wide coverage of pesticide types,quick and simple pretreatment,and can quickly and accurately determine the types of multiple pesticide residues.In addition,the peak area generated by different matrix effects of various vegetable and fruit substrates is different,which leads to the optimization of possible deviation of quantitative results after qualitative screening.Through the above studies,more convenient and abundant detection methods for multiple pesticide residues are provided.The new screening detection method studied in this paper can provide good help and supplement for the qualitative detection of multiple agricultural residues and big-data screening of pesticide residues.
