Bisphenol A compounds refers to a series of substances having a similar chemical structure to that of bisphenol A,including bisphenol A,bisphenol B,bisphenol C,bisphenol E,bisphenol S,bisphenol AF and the like.Bisphenol A compounds play an indispensable role in human production and life.They are important materials produced in many chemical products,but most have similar functions to certain estrogens and have a great threat to the environment and the human body.White rot fungi,as a fungus with extensive degradation effect on refractory compounds can secrete a variety of enzymes,which are widely used in the treatment of environmental pollution and harmful substances in the environment.In this paper,the degradation of bisphenol A compounds with white rot fungi was studied,and the effects of different enzymes of white rot fungi on degradation of bisphenol A compounds were discussed,the results are as follows:1.Firstly,white-rot fungi were cultured in PDB medium,and bisphenol A,bisphenol C,bisphenol E,bisphenol S,bisphenol AF and other bisphenol A were added to it the first day.The concentration of bisphenol A in the medium and mycelia was detected every 24 h at the concentration of 3 mg / L.The results showed that white rot fungi had similar degradation effect on bisphenol A compounds.Taking bisphenol A as an example,the degradation rate of the first day was very high,reaching 78.3%,and the degradation rate gradually decreased,and the degradation was complete on the fourth day.The contents of bisphenol A compounds in the culture medium and mycelia were detected separately,and it was found that both intracellular and extracellular enz ymes could function during degradation.2.In order to further study the degradation of bisphenol A compounds by different enzymes of white rot fungi,the bisphenol A compounds were degraded by extracellular crude enzyme solution of white rot fungi.The initial concentration of bisphenol A compounds was 5mg/ L,and it was found that the extracellular crude enzyme solution of white rot fungi could effectively degrade bisphenol A compounds.The degradation efficiency of bisphenol S was the best,and the degradation rate of bisphenol S was 94.3%.3.In order to investigate the degradation mechanism of bisphenol A compounds,GC-MS was used to detect the degradation of bisphenol A compounds in white rot fungi.It was found that white rot fungi had similar degradation products for the degradation of bisphenol A,such as toluene and m-carboxybenzaldehyde,the other bisphenol B,bisphenol C,bisphenol E,bisphenol S,bisphenol AF and other bisphenol A compounds are toluene and other similar degradation products.This indicates that bisphenol A compounds are broken at the isopropyl groups between the two benzene rings during the degradation process.
