With the development of industry,people's living environment is facing more and more challenges.Building an environment-friendly society has become the direction of people's aspiration.Photocatalytic degradation technology has attracted more and more attention in recent years.As an important photocatalyst,titanium dioxide has the characteristics of easy recovery,low cost and environmental protection.Doping modification of titanium dioxide is a hot research direction in the field of photocatalytic degradation.In this paper,according to the characteristics of titanium dioxide,doping modification of titanium dioxide is carried out,and the photocatalytic performance of doped titanium dioxide is studied.In this paper,the degradation effect and mechanism of methyl blue by single-doped materials and co-doped composites?Mn/N-TiO2?were studied,the results show that the co-doped composites have good photocatalytic degradation performance.The types of doped elements and acid pickling conditions are the key factors affecting the photocatalytic degradation of methyl blue by doped titanium dioxide.This paper studies these factors and carries out two groups of experiments.In the first group,manganese doped titanium dioxide,nitrogen doped titanium dioxide and manganese-nitrogen co-doped titanium dioxide were prepared by doping titanium dioxide.Three groups of doped titanium dioxide were characterized by various technical means,and photocatalytic degradation experiments were carried out to select samples with better catalytic effect.The second group of experiments was carried out to treat the selected materials with acid?acetic acid/sulfuric acid?,and to characterize and photocatalytic experiments on the acid-modified samples.The results show that the photocatalytic activity of the prepared Mn/N co-doped samples is the best.Acid modification can improve the photocatalytic performance of doped titanium dioxide,and the degradation of methyl blue by Mn/N-titania modified by 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid pickling is the best.90%of methyl blue can be degraded by 60 min reaction under ultraviolet light.X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy scanning analysis,ultraviolet absorption diffuse reflectance analysis,scanning electron microscopy analysis and other testing and analysis techniques were used for characterization.TEM characterization results show that doped titanium dioxide exists in linear crystal form,FITR characterization results showed that manganese and nitrogen elements were successfully doped into titanium dioxide,UV-Vis analysis shows that element doping reduces the band gap energy of titanium dioxide and makes the absorption wavelength of titanium dioxide red-shift?Acid pickling improves the proportion of doped titanium dioxide anatase phase,further reduces the band gap of the sample,and enhances the energy utilization ability of titanium dioxide to light source.In conclusion,doping metallic and non-metallic elements and acid modification of doped titanium dioxide can improve the photocatalytic performance of titanium dioxide and make up for some shortcomings of its application in the field of photocatalysis.
