Based on the modern risk management theory,this paper studies the risk management of L leachate treatment project by expert investigation method,and makes a comprehensive and systematic exposition and analysis from the three aspects of risk identification,evaluation and control respectively,and put forward the risk control measures of L leachate treatment project.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of risk management.The connotation and characteristics of the risk management of the project are sorted out,and the research results at home and abroad are briefly reviewed,and the theoretical breakthrough and shortcomings in the literature are summarized.Secondly,it briefly introduces the construction background and construction goal of L leachate treatment project,provides a realistic research object for risk management research,and based on the risk characteristics of the project and the particularity of the project,the expert investigation method is used to construct the project and operational phase of the risk of identification,and which affect the large non-systemic risk of a specific description and possible risk of loss analysis.Thirdly,the risk of natural risk,construction risk,equipment risk and operational risk are evaluated,and the risk level is calculated according to the probability level of different risks and the risk loss range,and the risk factors of each type of risk are sorted.Finally,according to the evaluation results and the specific situation of the project,the risk prevention and control of the L leachate treatment project is strengthened from the aspects of the establishment of the risk management system,the systematic risk control of the project and the non-systematic risk control of the project. |
