China's sanitary ware products industry has developed rapidly and its export trade in the international market position is very high.China's sanitary ceramics firing technology and sintering equipment have been rapidly improved in recent years,and thus sanitary ceramics product quality constantly improved.China has the first ceramic production in the world for many years and the export of has also expanded.But the ceramic industry is high energy consumption and high carbon emissions,given that the production technology has made great progress,there are still some small and medium-sized enterprises with inefficient management,focusing only on ceramic production while ignoring the quality of ceramic improvement in production.The small size of production in enterprises makes the advantages in advanced equipment production cannot be fully used which have seriously hindered China's progress towards the world's powerful ceramic country.In this paper,the life cycle evaluation method is used to measure the carbon emission from the whole life cycle stage of the sanitary ceramics products,such as raw materials and finished products.Based on the determination of the research objectives and the boundary range,the energy consumption of each stage and the amount of carbon dioxide emitted by the environment are calculated separately;then according to the results of the data list summarized,the environmental impact of each phase of sanitary ware is evaluated and the results of environmental load are explained.It is considered that during the whole life cycle of Chinese sanitary ceramics product export,the carbon emission goes highest in sanitary ceramics production and in the process of transportation.Therefore,in order to realize energy saving and emission reduction,Chinese sanitary ceramics enterprises need to pay more attention to the possible energy saving and emission reduction ways in those two processes.On the basis of carbon emission data,this essay provides more relevant theoretical data support for the technical improvement in order to optimize the production energy consumption structure of China's export sanitary ceramics production enterprises.This paper analyzes the cost and benefit of the production process of China's export sanitary ceramics and the environmental benefit of China's export.In other words,we try to find out whether there is a phenomenon of high environmental cost and low environmental benefit in ceramic production.
