| With the advancement of lasers and nanotechnology,SERS technology has developed rapidly.The enhancement of SERS technology is mainly derived from the special SERS substrate.With the development of technology,the SERS substrate has become more and more diverse.For the time being,precious metal nanomaterials are the most extensive and mature in all SERS substrates,b ut precious metal nanomaterials alone have many defects,such as poor stability;enhanced performance limitations;direct contact with the system to be tested,easy Side reactions with molecules in the system lead to inaccurate detection results.In response to these problems,nanostructured composite materials were prepared.It has been found that the nanomaterials of composite structures are generally better than ordinary nanomaterials.Graphite nanomaterials have many advantages such as good mechanical properties,large specific surface area,and good biocompatibility.The most important one is that graphene itself has excellent Raman scattering properties.Therefore,it has great application in SERS.Advantages are often used as one of the raw materials for the preparation of composite nanomaterials.At present,the SERS substrate preparation method is relatively mature,and the application of SERS technology has many advantages.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the SERS field.Based on these problems,we have carried out the following three aspects:(1)GIANs were prepared and optimized by CVD method,and their properties were characterized to verify their optical properties and stability under various conditions.GIANs were then used in SERS quantitative studies to test whether the accuracy of SERS quantification could be improved.(2)Designing and preparing multicolor GIANs with Raman characteristic peaks at different positions,and demonstrating whether multicolor GIANs have the s ame properties and good optical properties as monochromatic GIANs.Multi-color GIANs directly perform imaging experiments,whether there is an impact between GIANs of each color,and whether multi-color GIANs can be used for SERS imaging.After the modification of the target aptamer,it was verified whether the cancer cells expressing different protein receptors could be distinguished.(3)Prepare test strips that can be used for POC testing using GIANs and fiber filter paper,and verify the performance of the test strips.Then,the BR in the serum is detected by the test strip,and whether the pretreatment of the observation part can realize the separation,enrichment and detection of the BR in the serum. |
