With the continuous increase of energy consumption,the demand for coal resources in social production is also increasing.The problem of mining imbalance has troubled the production of many mines.In the coal mine production activities,the demand of increasing the driving speed of coal roadway always exists.With the consumption of shallow coal resources,many coal mines are now faced with the difficult problem of deep coal mining.How to deal with these two problems reasonably to a certain extent is also a hot issue in current research.In this paper,the backbreaking section of the second horizontal return air roadway in suburban coal mine is taken as the research object,and the factors affecting the driving speed of coal roadway under high stress are determined by means of factor analysis,including driving equipment,geological conditions,organization and management,and support parameters.The mechanical properties of roadway surrounding rock were determined by laboratory experiments.The influence of high stress on coal roadway deformation was studied by numerical method.The roadway shape,roadway width to height ratio and support parameters were optimized by numerical simulation.The production organization and management in the process of roadway excavation were optimized through field investigation.Through the field investigation,the production organization and management in the process of roadway driving are optimized.Through the optimization of the key factors of coal roadway driving,a support scheme for fast driving of coal roadway under the influence of high stress in the second level of suburban mine is formed.During the industrial application,the existing problems in the production organization of the tunneling working face were found out through field observation.Based on the above research results,the tunneling speed of suburban coal roadway is improved,which has a good effect in practical application,and the tunneling speed is significantly improved.This paper provides a certain reference significance for roadway tunneling,popularizes the use of the integrated unit of coal roadway tunneling and anchoring,balances the mining relationship,improves the tunneling speed,and plays a positive role in the deep development of coal resources.The thesis contains 36 pictures,21 tables,and 72 references.
